hindi sis.. pero syempre iiba lasa di na puro mango. pero not mapakla. But you need to drink the whole glass na mabilisan. kaya maganda pag malamig na malamig para mag enjoy mo inumin ng mabilis.

1 week ako hindi naka wheatgrass and na feel ko yung difference. naging constipated ako ulit, lower back pains, basta masama ang pakiramdam unlike pag nag wheatgrass..

Ako talaga i prefer the fresh one [textspeak!] syempre nothing beats fresh.  pero minsan hassle ang preparation.  yung usual juicer kasi di masyado ok pang-wheat grass.  i'm thinking of buying a wheat grass juicer pero ipon pa ko.  in the meantime siguro i'll check out the powdered form at healthy options.
