i have here yung wheatgrass powder. ang alam ko pang pa-slim to. am i right? i'm not taking it kasi di naman ako mataba. pero kung pang detoxify siya, bka magtake na ako tomorrow

Meron sa Healthy Options. When I checked yesterday at Rustan's Ayala branch, out of stock ang powdered wheatgrass juice.

you can take it either with your favorite tea or plain lang. May two variants naman e isa plain wheatgrass lang at isa honey wheatgrass. Pag you want a little sweet, you take the honey wheatgrass na variant nya. But di naman offensive ang lasa nya. Have you tasted ang C2 na green tea, parang ganon ang plain wheatgrass. Mas maganda pang malamig na malamig. Ang brand na sinasabi ko is INS Wheat grass powder.

sis yan nga yung sa akin!  ganyan din hehe kaya lang nakalagay dun mix with water.. di ko lang sure kung ano pwede ipang mix sa kanya, kung magiging Ok ba lasa pag iced tea or mango juice (powdered) or what?

di ko pa siya natatake pero parang feeling ko weird yung lasa niya, am i right?

sis honeybunny . Yeah yan yong from malaysia Biotechnology.  Plain wheatgrass ata ang meron ka. Vegertarian loves that. Pero pag sanay ka sa sweet na juice dapat ang kinuha mo honey wheatgrass. Kasi ang plain parang green tea ng c2 ...ala man lang sweetener.Ang honey wheatgrass medyo malapit ang lasa sa sugarcane juice..My officemate first tasted this sa palawan..ang mahal daw ng order nila nito sa resort.. honey wheatgrass.

you can mix it with juice if you want pero NEVER hot water. Cold water or normal temperature lang ng water.

sis ang alam ko na pang slim talaga is yong So Easy na product nila from wheat grass din ang content non.  Ang So easy kasi 3 to 10 days program yon with fruits, raw veg and fruit/veg juice lang and may lalabas talaga from your stomach na mga nabuong  fats and intestinal garbage after the program.Pero etong wheat grass powder na plain and with honey parang it detoxifies the body and aids in slimming lang . It is not really for slimming. If for slimming kailangan parin ng diet and exercise.

Ako for diet i eat oatmeal as my rice and drink wheat grass.

Pero ang pinak mabilis na effect sa akin is it heals my wounds sa pagpapafacial. Kasi nagpalinis me mukha just last week and may na infect at namaga..Ang ginawa ko pinisil ko pa sya lalo para maalis ang laman...ang bilis mag heal..

Saka less oily ang skin ko sa face. I spray water with wheat grass sa face ko. Yong tira sa sachet nilalagyan ko water then i transfer it sa may sprayer na bottle. Night regimen ko yon.
