I've got a free tast sa world trade yesterday,. mejo matamis nga e,. powder form yung na -try ko.. and effect, mejo sinikmura ako,. ithink its better taken with empty stomach,. busog kasi ako sobra sa mga free taste nun e,. last ko ininom ang wheatgrass juice

for fresh wheatgrass, meron kay Arthur (Bizu & Salcedo Market) and meron din sa Edsa Garden House(likod ng Trinoma)

sa edsa garden house, it's P500 per tray. around 3-4 shots na yan.

sobrang bilis lang gawin. cut the grass then lagay na sa juicer.

hi sis, ask ko yung sa 500 na 3-4 shots,(3-4 glasses) lang na inuman? prang ang pricey?

hmm alam ko meron nag ooffer nito sa glorieta  yung nag bebenta ng apple coated with chocolate, ( sorry i forgot kung ano name nung shop),anyway, i want to try it sana pero parang expensive para sa isang shot lang and mukhang kadiri kasi I imagined na para siang gulay na ginawang juice. but base sa kuwento ng iba, i might try it, then kung type ko siya buy na lang ako sa garden house hehe

update ko kayo kung ano effect niya sa akin.

to all sisses who have bought per tray, what kind/brand of juicer or juice extractor machine do you use? do you still put some kind of sweetener to improve taste?

@ann08- yes sis, 3-4 shots lang yung isang tray ko eh. siguro aabot ng 5. shot glass ang gamit ko.

@chinita8- chinese brand yung nabili kong juicer. electric. 10k at edsa garden house. pure wheatgrass lang saken. i don't add water or anything.

@jeloni1914- pag naputol na, alam ko hindi na tumutubo ulit. sa akin basta naputol na, balik ko na yung tray sa binilhan ko then kuha na ako new tray

sis, different. Tanglad is lemon grass.

^Haha oo nga eh kaya na-confuse ako.  My parents have been making and drinking tanglad tea kasi since it has also been said to be a cure all.  Will check this out also.

hi sisses, apologies for the late reply, you can buy wheatgrass wonder at zing(the juice bar in between max brenner and oliver's) at trinoma for 120 php. It has pineapples and oranges on it. This is different from the wheatgrass shot.
