all about wheatgrass juice

mga sis, i just want to recommend wheatgrass juice lalo na sa mga constipated.

almost 2 weeks palang ako umiinom and (excuse me) yung poop ko parang yung mga nakikita sa colonics site.

kaya tingin ko, nakaka flush out talaga siya ng mga toxins sa katawan and one ounce of wheatgrass juice is equivalent to 1 kilo of veggies!

sa edsa garden house, it's P500 per tray. around 3-4 shots na yan.

sobrang bilis lang gawin. cut the grass then lagay na sa juicer.

hi sisses, you may also try zing's wheatgrass wonder. I believe it has orange and pineapple on it. Zing can be found at Trinoma and at Serendra or BHS ata.

i tried a shot of wheatgrass at zing, yung 85 pesos per shot. na-turn off ako, ang dami nilang dinagdag na tubig. almost walang lasa na yung ininom ko. iba ba yung wheatgrass wonder? the one i tried didn't have orange and pineapple.

You can get fresh wheatgrass from Salcedo market or Bizu (arthur tangco) or manila seedling. Our family has been thinking of investing in this business since we are so much into this because my mom drinks one everyday as a complementary med for her lung cancer. Taste is tolerable naman.
