I recently bought a sony vaio i3 here in [textspeak!]. I thought it's made in Japan but when I checked yesterday, made in China pala. Pardon my ignorance, pero original din kaya yun? Sa mismong Sony center ko naman siya binili kaso di ba ang Sony eh Japan? Please would someone care to enlighten me? Thanks.

^ sis orig yan as long as sa reputable store ka bumili. ogt mine sas best buy pero made in china din siya. check mo nlang yung model kung nasa sony site.

sis most of the vaio products ngayon made in china na. my vaio e-series is made in china. may nakita ako fake vaio sa greenhills pero ibang iba talaga un looks nya from the original.

Yup, mine is made in China too, pero original naman siya kasi sa authorized na Sony Center dito sa Mid East ko binili early 08 pa yun. Kita mo naman kasi yung make ng orig tsaka yung hindi. Mine nasira ko yung lcd kasi pinilit ko sinara eh may naipit pala, otherwise still running fine.

Issue ko lang dati, after one year ng vaio ko eh nawawala yung sound. Did this happen to anyone else? Hardware issue ata siya.

ooh ok so made in china pala sha. thanks sa mga nag reply at least now i know hehe pag fake ba windows din sha?grabe naman sila gumawa if kuhang kuha pala nila yung fake.

thanks mga sisses sa reply. dito sa saudi ko siya binili. ang mahal pa naman ng bili ko kaya magwawala talaga ako pag fake, haha. Pero mukhang hindi naman dahil sa Sony Center ko siya binili. more tips mga sisses!

mga sis whats the difference between tha sony vaio vgn c290, pcg 3c2l and the VGN-C290?im not sure kase what to get..

how much ang lcd ng viao? nalaglag kasi kanina tapos pagboot up ko ayun sira na yung lcd parang nabasag sa loob.  where pwede ipagawa and how much?

i got my vaio e series already. super loving it so far ok sha ang bilis niya. only thing is kinda heavy sha hehe

^^Have you tried calling sony customer service? They quoted 500 dollars for me when I called  them two years ago. Recently I had it fixed by a local repair guy. The lcd replacement itself costs only about 150 dollars.

does anybody own a sony vaio y? i'm thinking of getting a netbook.  ok sana yung sony vaio y kasi 11 inches yata yung screen nya unlike other netbooks na 10 lang.

^sis, i i have one, i replaced my old Dell netbook, mas maganda talaga ang sony vaio netbook coz mas malaki ang screen. malabo pa naman mata ko, kaya i love it! plus it's lightweight!

I'm thinking of purchasing sony vaio e series. the pink one. kaso i can't find a store that carry yung 15 inch. most only have the 14 inch version. i want sana yung may number keypad.
