^ i agree...ako din, the past few weeks, coz of too much stress sa project, gusto ko na umayaw.  pero the mere fact that the pay is good and since madami din ang umaasa sa akin ngayon, i'm just bearing with everything.  hay.  ang hirap talaga mag-trabaho.  and i'll be 5 years na rin dito on October and seems like my boss is giving me a lot of responsibility ngayon, is a good thing pero stressful nga lang talaga.

In all the organizations I've been a part of, never naging issue and workload or salary. Kase lahat naman nung trabaho minahal ko. Syempre pwera ang bosses, colleagues, at office politics ha. The company I've been with now, ok naman with regard to pay. Yun nga lang marami ako sinusuportahan, I have house amortization, and other things for the future. It's been good here all these years. Kaya lang nakakapagod din. My target is at 40 I'll be self-employed (magreretire ako that young, yes), meaning I'll have my own business na lang and do freelance jobs.

I will be 2 years in my current company this August, so far so good. Level promotion in 1.5 years of service + retirement plan + work lif balance + above market salary.. sana this will continue for the coming years

With my 1st client almost 3 years na ko.
Then with my 2nd client, turning 1 year this October...
So far smooth sailing naman.... thank God!

Okay naman, mabait naman manager ko. Yun lang, may mga stress talagang tao.. pero everything's good, okay salary, okay colleagues.

1 year, 7 months, and 3 days.  Hopefully next year makalipat na ko. Ayoko ng ganitong klaseng stress hindi healthy. Mataas nga ang sweldo wala naman growth.
