5 years but Im planning to move to another company.

question: Ano yung mga things na top priority sa inyo (when it comes to benefits) pag plano niyo lumipat ng work?

I have an offer kasi from a direct competitor ng company, the salary/benefits wise, ok yung company ko now but the other company is offering higher salary and same benefits. difference lang is international company yung sa work ko now while yung may offer sa akin is local company lang. Mas may pangalan kasi yung current company ko kesa dun sa isa, although, kilala naman pero locally nga lang.

How should I weigh things? thanks!

3 years na rin. ang balak ko pa lang naman eh 1yr lang dito. kaso dito narin kami nakabuo ni hubby ng dalawang chikiting. so stayput lang muna. sayang ang benefits.
