hello mga sis.. recently dine sa contis at Nuvali wala lang napadaan lang kami going to enchanted e nakita namen Contis.  Must try yung tofu steak nila sisses, healty pa.  Merong shitake mushroom herbs with crab salad pa.  Tapos hindi complete syempre pag walang mango bravo dessert..

^wow! 300 guests! i recently inquired about conti's catering service and the buffet lunch or dinner packages range from P395 to P550 per head for a minimum of 100 persons. the rate gets lower as the headcount gets higher. the price already includes the buffet table arrangement, food warmers, utensils, glassware, linens and service waiters.

Mango Royale Salad - really liked this!!! though it's quite similar sa mom & tinas
Baked Salmon - this is always a winner
Chicken Pastel - i also liked this
Beef Salpicao - very tasty
Shrimp&Mushroom Pasta - i've tasted other better pasta than this though
Paella Madrilena - sarap and madami prawns! haha
Moist Chocolate Cake - panalo! first time i tried it.. it's not too overpoweringly sweet
New York Cheesecake --- too cheesy for my taste.

ate dinner here last saturday, chicken roulade for hubby, pasta italiana supreme – yum, with shanghai bits, and avocado shakes. i also bought leche flan and mazapan de mani.

> just  disappointed with mango bravo, parang matagal ng nakalagay sa freezer nila, kasi hindi na crisp/crunchy ala toasted mamon yung cake na ginamit, maasim din yung mango and the cream/icing melting stage na ... though we instructed them to serve desserts after eating, still we know the difference ... ito kasi lagi namin order na dessert.
