@kuting pie, the cheapest you can buy is from Divisoria. but if you can't go there, try carolina's at mega B or Craft World in mega A, near powerbooks. avoid buying from Sm dept store, their price is way way more expensive.

i started doing coin purse na, I hope I can make at least 10 before Christmas, nakaka-3 pcs pa lang ako. Mejo mabilis naman, wala lang akong time, kace after work kinda tired na din. nung long weekend ko lang mejo naisingit while watching tv. Since long weekend ulit next week, i have more time again, I hope I can make another 3.

I'll give it as gift to my cousins.

I'm not so good in following instructions, laging namamali sa counting

, kaya sariling gawa lang. I like doing doll's clothes, small bags, mabilis kasi gawin.

i'm not so sure what's the proper way to close a bag, but i found using the joining stitch easy enough then i just go back on it to reinforce the stitching (sigurista kasi)

Hi!

I just started re-learning crochet about a month ago...
The greatest challenge I've encountered so far is looking for places to get affordable and really cool yarns (rare kinds)... especially bulky because I love bulky yarns.

I checked out Dreams... mahal nga cia super!
I would like to ask if anyone of you can tell me the directions to Rosario Pasig. I heard that you can really get cool yarns there at a very affordable price. Please do let me know...

^From Robinson's Galleria, take a jeepney going to Rosario. Slightly after the Pasig River, drop off at the overpass. Upon crossing the street are the various stores selling yarns by cones or kilo.

last na nagtingin tingin ako (mga 1 year ago) nahirapan akong maghanap din ng bulky yarns that are soft, comfy and has nice colors. usually [textspeak!] mga nakikita ko is although malambot naman hindi suitable to make into clothes. d kase uso satin ang mga makakapal na knitted and crocheted things

nadadaanan ko yun from work. nakalagay kasi sewing thread so akala ko mga m=pang makina lang. hehe. check ko nga minsan.

To those who are looking for cheaper canon brand who can't go to divisoria, you can check out VC Trading in Farmers Plaza Cubao. May another craft store called Maning's but I think it's a little bit more expensive than that of VC Trading.

sis craftjunky sa May 2010 pa naman at approximately 100-150 pieces ang kailangan ko, naka scount nako ng 5 suppliers saka si Mother in Law at GF ni kuya marunong magcrochet kaso siyempre ayaw ko naman umasa...pagaralan ko kaya magcrochet...

let me know sis baka may kakilala ka na marunong. TY
