question lang mga sis.  currently employed si hubby sa edmonton.  next year pa matapos ang contract niya.  is it possible na mag apply siya sa ibang company?  need pa ba niya ng bagong lmo kapag lilipat siya ng ibang employer? thanks in advance

hi guys. we're still waiting for the confirmation. we submitted our requirements to our agency (manila) last july 11, but no response until now. sabi nila, ang nova scotia na raw ang mag eemail sa amin ng confirmation na narecieve na yung gamit namin. but i still dont have any news yet.... siiiggh! question po.  na issue ang working visa ni hubby last may 2008 at will expire on may 2010.  ang working permit niya will expire on auguust 2010.  he can stay until august next year to finish his contract kahit di na renew ang working visa di ba mga sis kasi valid pa naman ang working permit niya.  am i correct? please help. thanks in advance

yes, sis. pwede pa siya magstay. but he should ask for a new one before the one he has expires. or else kelangan niya umalis ng canada then go back na lang pag may bago na.

nag apply ako last may 05, 2010 for visit visa in canada to visit my husband and my kids, while waiting my permanent visa on process in Canada. May 12, 2010 na received ko result ng visit visa ko from CEM, na shock ako kc ang result ay refused and papers, nakalagay dun di daw satisfied ang embassy na ako ay babalik sa pinas within 6 months, bakit kaya sila di na satisfy eh talaga nman after 6 months ng visit visa mo eh need talagang bumalik sa pinas.  isip ng CEM.. so i re apply again    hope my next apply is 100 % succes.

^they might be thinking na di ka na babalik sa philippines coz you have pending permanent visa application, plus din just the thought that your husband and kids are there, they probably thought that you will just become a TNT. really sad sis  --  i hope they accept your re-application na.

^hello sis chinita8, help me nman if you know how to submit additional docs. for PR requested from CEM, I got the letter from them requesting for addt'l docs.  do i need to call the call center to pick up my addt'l docs. or i will send it by mail (address of embassy). thanks hoping for your reply
