Ako naman date 1st time kong ipa-wax UA ko nung mag-prom nunng HS. Never ako nag-shave or kung ano pa man. Talagang trim lang gupit-gupit. Tapos after ko mag-wax nagbunot na ako then ayun nagsimula na ang chicken skin ko.

Naalala ko date nung first time na pinawax ko UA ko super smooth at super puti. As in wala talang bumps.

Regular exfoliation, moisturize [To try]
1. Physical exfoliation - Bath mitts/gloves, salux cloth, Italy towel
2. Chemical ex. - AHA (photosensitive), BHA, lactic acid??
3. Moisturize

Exfoliation lang naging katapat nito sakin. Makinis na braso ko ngayon especially nasa lagicako nagscrub kasi sa field of work. Basta moisturize lang after.

^sis, super gaspang ng arms ko before. Kadiri sya. Laging nagtatanong bakit ako kinikilabutan o bakit ako nilalamig kahit mainit naman. Every other day na ako nag exfoliate ngayon, kung ano lang meron like abonne salt. Dinadagdagan ko lang ng shower gel or milk bath para di masyadong harsh. Minsan kung wala, loofah lang gamit ko with soap. Then moisturizer (nivea gamit ko). Yan na ang pang maintenance ko ngayon. Dati, everyday talaga ang pag exfoliate ko dahil part na rin ng work ko (scrubbing my hands and arms before pumasok sa surgery). Kung lotion lang or topical, i doubt na kikinis tong balat ko.

PS: chicken skin yan sa arms. I dont recommend daily exfoliation sa underarm. Iitim UA

hi! i know this is an old thread but i just want to share how i got rid of  chicken skin on my butt cheeks. hehe...
Hindi to overnight miracle but pag tyinagaan nyo super effective naman. Basically you just have to do coconut oil &  sugar scrub sa rough areas before taking a bath. Just mix equal parts of coconut oil & sugar (i prefer washed type kasi medyo smooth)  and slowly rub on the areas. Mas maganda din kung warm bath kasi mas smooth after. Follow through with your lotion or creams of choice.

I can't guarantee lightening effects though, pero sa roughness this is the spot on remedy for me.

My derma told me I have this. Super dami! Salicylic acid and urea lotion ang pinapatry nya sakin ngayon. Sa mga nakagamit nito, effective ba sa inyo?
