Hello! Ang tawag is Body brush with Natural Bristles.  It has a long wooden handle or meron naman wala handle and the brush itself fits on the palm of your hand.   Mas gusto ko sana toh kaso wala ako mahanap kaya I got the one with handle.  Basta don't get the synthetic bristles [textspeak!] nakakasugat daw.

i have KP on my legs and its really itchy mga sis.. ( and nagresearch ako about this and its said na ilotion nga lang daw.. kaso 2 mon ths ako naglolotion, nandito pa rin sya..  it just started last december nung nagstart [textspeak!] cold weather..  akala ko maalis sya nung pinawax ko..  hindi pala.. hay.... I've noticed na may chicken skin ako sa upper arms parang magaspang yung texture and may konting red spots... I will try muna yung rice bran soap and then sea salt or milk scrub ng A bonne.

I used Thanaka Powder on my chicken skin. Yung powder na 100% pure, not the cream, kasi medyo mabagal ang cream dahil may halo na. OK ang improvement. It takes time pero at least cheap solution.

I do scrub 2 x a week and I moisturize with EVOO + Walnut oil morning and evening... Nawala yung chicken skin ko sa braso within 4 weeks.

For Keratosis Pilaris I suggest you use Dermovate Cream, super effective! Konti lang apply mo, spread it lang na parang lotion sa affected area. Halos lahat na try ko na for my KP, eto lang talaga nagwowork. I also had  KP sa arms ko, but upon using the product, so smooth na ng upper arms ko, kung dati super rough because of the mini butlig because of KP, ngayon voila! smooth arms! I never thought I could still achieve this. Thank God I found Dermovate. It can be bought sa pharmacy mga sis
