how does one deal with quarter-life crisis?  mysterio din siya saken eh. :P  somehow, you go through days wherein things are fine.  then there are days where you just feel rotten and senseless.  like you're doing all the wrong things and driving at all the wrong goals.  they say, like everything else, this too shall pass.  pero ang tagal niyang mag-pass ha.  what, somehow, works for me is counting my blessings.  when i start feeling like a blind rat in a maze, i start thinking of all the things i have that other people may not have.  at some point, i realize i don't really have the right to complain because i got more than i probably deserve. :)

same here sis numonorean. there are times I feel on the top of the world then the next week I feel like I'm stuck in the mud and doesn't know what to do. I even thought of going to counselling pero naisip ko walang mangyayari sakin kung hindi ko rin tutulungan sarili ko. Until now naguguluhan ako kung ano ba talaga gusto ko gawin sa buhay ko. There are times I feel so helpless tapos after that may naiisip na naman ako na gusto ko gawin. :P

Just like you I'm thinking nalang some blessings I received and things I've done that some of my peers wished they could do. Pero minsan natatagalan ako ma-achieve mga goals ko that made me so frustrated. :(

Being at my mid twenties gave me more:
-Responsibilities.
-I learn how to be independent and more responsible.
-Started to plan for my future
-Started thingking on how to raise my own family
-Continously learning new things.

it's one helluva roller coaster ride! ;D your life in your 30s,40s,50s will depend on your experiences and the lessons you learned in your 20s - lessons you learned about life, love, money, health, just about everything...

My life now on being 20 something is really complicated. I was even on the edge of giving up everything to be able to start anew since I feel like everything in my life now is wrong. I don't know what I want. But then I realized that sometimes things need to go wrong in order to learn and appreciate things when they are right. This too shall pass.. pero ang tagal huh! hehe..

My post of being 20-something would be the last time, because I am turning 30, by next next week. Though I am happy because I married and have two wonderful kids, we will be having our own home soon.

I am happy being in my 20's, would I be happier in my 30's?

Thank God, for all of my blessings!

being 20 something is the perfect time to practice independence. Hay! I just got the chance to practice mine since i moved out of the country to find a better opportunity abroad. And now I'm glad I did...I should have done this few years back.

It is freaking awesome! :D

I get to do what I want, go where I want, decide for myself. I feel like these are the best years of my life, since I'm still single and wandering around the world, looking for something that will make me want to settle down.

The twenties are the best times to see the world and discover, explore opportunities and our passions, face challenges and adventures, learn to live life the best we can, and go after our dreams and aspirations.

At 27, i would like to believe that i am living the life.  I am single & independent.  I have an interesting, challenging and jetsetting career.  I have a loving and supportive family and fabulous friends.  I travel far and wide, love the thrill of adventure, fun and excitement. I have an exciting love life, too.  I am so thankful for everything that i have.

And as i live the next three years of this fantastic decade, i will continue to enjoy and explore, do the things that i love best, push myself to the limits and follow my dreams and, always have faith that greatness is just around the corner  :)

Goodluck twenty somethings! This is the time of our lives:)

Turning twenty-seven this year and I don't feel like I'm getting old na.  I feel like I'm still 25.  Not too excited with being 30 in 3 years. :P

But being twenty-something has a lot of twists and turns, ups and downs.

Unlike when you are in your teens or (ten-something) that all you worry about is school, crushes and all those petty stuff.  Being in your 20s marks that point in your life when you take charge you guide your way through your goals...

pink_candy, sometimes some of us need professional help. I will actually try one session of counseling later.  Hopefully it will help me figure things out.  I'm also like you, sometimes I'm elated, sometimes I feel so down.

sometimes, masaya, alam ko na gagawin ko, pero maya maya, eto na naman, down again...

i hope this crisis shall pass din! hay...

but noong early twenties, masaya as in. kasi first work, i have my own money though not enough, at least meron

i think im now experiencing the so called QLC... :(
just last week, i've already finalized my plans, things to achieve my goals for the year and things that i need to prioritize and need be completed by the end of the 1st quarter, pero ngayon, feeling ko, at lost ako.. :( bakit ganun?

i cant seem to take a step forward - may fear na baka mali yung maging decision ko and the like..

and then here's another thought about getting married na, kahit na wala pa akong bf.. hayst.. ideal age ko kasi to get married is 28.. im 26 now.. turning 27 in a few months.. pano yun?

ang dami kong worries.. im scared.. :(
