hello mga sis! i wanna try this ACV. can you please suggest kung ano mas effective yung liquid or tablet ba? also kailangan ba Braggs brand tlaga or any ACV brand will do?

I did before, but not too long. Hindi ko carry pero I'll try it ulit cos I noticed my weight loss (I was taking chinese diet pills, then) was so much faster. Probably it was also the pills but I did not take it regularly din kasi. So I dont know why the weigh loss was fast, actually I DO know rin cos then I wasnt eating rice, parang rarely talaga hahaha. So maybe it was the no-rice diet, anyway, still, I believe in the power of ACV.

My bestfriends mom tried this too, but pills yun, from her Gym Instructor - not the liquid form, and she was also running on threadmill so weight loss was really possible.

I will be trying the liquid and the pills but I have no clue san makakahanap ng pills.

I eat 3 full meals daily pero I also eat small portions every 2 hours. I never gain weight that way kasi it keeps my metabolism stable. I've never dieted

ok sa akin ang acv. 5 days ko na siya take. nawala cravings ko sa sweets. eh my stock kasi dito ng chocolates. dati every night kumakain talaga ako ng chocolates but now nawala cravings ko sa sweets. thank you sa lahat ng infos posted here talagang nagbago life style ko and i also encouraged my mom para pati siya will look and feel healthy talaga!

try ko nga din ACV...

never nako iinom ng mga slimming pills, nakaka sira talaga ng metabolism...s start eeffect pero pag matagal n wala n...then kahit d k naman masyado kumakain tumataba ka p din...i tried not to eat rice for months pero walang bawas kahit 0.5kg...

dapat pala natural way, with exercise...i learned it on the hard and long way...

korek sis! ako lahat na yata ng slimming pills na try ko na mga not approved pa naman ng bfad. panandalian lang talaga at once na tumigil ka na sa pag take eh babalik din agad mg gain weight ka din. plus nakakasira pa ng mga internal organs natin. dapat talaga natural way. eat right, and exercise talaga. ako for 5days straight na nag eexercise for one hour. less food intake of carb and more on veggies and fruits. i will do my best to do this every day. kasi hirap sa akin lagi lang sa umpisa tapos wala na. basta isipin ko that i need to do this for my baby and my husband. no no na talaga sa mga slimming pills not approved by bfad at baka ikamatay ko pa. paano na baby ko!
