on my 3rd day on ACV. so far so good. although hindi ako nakaka-ramdam ng gutom, i still eat only because i know i have to. pero super konti, like 3 snacks a day lang. i also haven't eaten rice since day 1.

i feel bloated/full (as opposed to just-not-hungry) all the time. is this normal?

parang i can't tolerate na the taste of bragg acv even dilute with water. yung tablet ba what's the brand name or isang klase lang yun basta sa healthy options? organic din kaya yun? and how much per piece? thanks

Rest muna ako sa pag take ng ACV resume ako after master cleanse baka mas epektibo.

^ ako sis yun ang 2nd bottle ko ng ACV, sa gnc ko binili 700++ but good for 2 months naman... ok naman po, parehas naman ng effect dun sa healthy options, magkaiba lang sila kasi super asim dun sa healthy options, sa gnc wala pong gaanong asim... kaya 200 tabs naman yung sa healthy options kasi 4-6 tabs ang consume so feeling ko mas tipid ako sa gnc... tinry ko both heheh... lapit ng maubos yung sa gnc ko, baka bumili uli ako tipid kasi para sa akin dahil parang 350++ lang gastos ko in a month...

Di pa sis, I'm planning to buy pa. One of our guests here in the cruise ship told me about that SENSA weight loss, she said it's effective daw, she loss 10lbs for just a month.
