Kelangan lang ng Marriage License in NSO paper. Once meron ng Notice of Approval (NOA), you can schedule an interview sa embassy. Isama mo na yung husband para at the same time makuha na sya yung H4 visa.

Can you believe dito sa Girltalk nalaman ng husband ko yung employer na nagsponsor sa kanya. There was a PT thread before and we were recommended by another gtalker (mom_wanwan). I think depende sa field mo sis.

Hello! Has anyone adjusted their status (or looked into it) from an H1b to permanent resident?  I got married a few months back and my husband (US Citizen)and I were thinking whether to apply for a change of status now or wait til after 2 years we're married.  I did some reading online and it was mentioned that if the marriage is more than 2 years old one's granted a 10 year permanent resident status vs. a 'conditional' PR. 
Any thoughts?  The entire process seems expensive too.  Ouch!

sana mag OK na siya this time.. ina-anticipate ko na lang yung mga tanong ng consul for this type of visa nga..

We were applied for the ITIN when we filed our income tax. We went to a CPA, and they prepared the papers as well as the income tax filing.

Are you legally allowed to work? If you are, best to check search engines like monster.com or dice.com. Recommendation for family and friends are always a good route.

ahhh, so you're on F1 visa right now? anyway, it depends on the skills that the person have. more often than not, most employers dont want to sponsor people for work when there are locals that can do it, not unless there's a great need for the job like PTs. goodluck and all the best to you!

I am! Been on H4 visa since Sept 2008. Although we have already received our EAD (employment authorization doc)last week kaya i'm actively looking for work!At last!

Tell me about it.  There's this site my husband and I have been following and it looks like processing times have gone from months to years.  Really frustrating for those on H4 who are itching to work.
