I just got my new msi wind. it's super cool and cutie patotie. i chose it over hp mini and acer because not only that it has better specs, it's less less cheaper. Great deal for us!

What really makes it more cool is that it's way too handy than my previous Dell laptop. I can even carry it all the time, anywhere and everywhere

Got my hp mini 2140! It comes with free prepaid broadband. I'm thinking of buying a 6-cell battery though. Its 3-cell battery only lasts 3-4 hours. ugh!

I just bought Hp Vivienne Tam Mini Notebook, I love the design, the keyboards and the color! =) Downside is the battery life is super short, I think around 2 hours lang, 3 cell battery lang kasi eh. By the way, I upgraded my memory to 2gb.

^^^yup, meron. msi wind u120 yata ang model? nalalagyan ng simcard sa loob, no need for external modems kung gagamit ka ng  smartbro wireless or iba pang providers.

^^parang wala. bulky kasi cd/dvd rom drive kaya hindi na netbook size kung dadagdagan pa nito.

redroux: meron ng netbook na may optical drive.  it's the asus eee pc 1004dn. a 10" incher that runs in an atom n280 processor. ka-a-announce lang 2 months ago. ilalabas na this quarter or sa 3rd quarter. ewan ko lang kung kelang dadating ito sa pinas.

I saw one netbook model sa electroworld that has a free external dvd drive na. Can't remember kung asus or acer ito Pero parang mas maganda yung built ng hp mini?

hi, how's the battery life? I'm liking this also but my husband says I may not be satisfied with the battery kasi sa specs niya, 3-cell lang siya and am not sure how long it lasts. Sabi around 2-3 hours? Medyo nadala ako sa short bat life e, yung compaq presario na laptop ko hindi pa umaabot ng 1 hour:( But then, baka lang nearing the end na rin yung battery ko.

^ sis, I'm guessing baka hindi pwede. I'm also a photoshop user and I do my photoshopping on a desktop and I had to add extra memory pa. But I haven't tried a netbook so I can't really say with certainty. Perhaps those who have it na can give you an idea. Although a friend says best for internet lang daw and portability ang netbooks Is this true?

^I think that's what netbooks are for.  They're basically designed for ultra portability and connectivity/internet.  Can't expect my Acer Aspire One to be as powerful as my notebook and desktop.

i do have an HP mini note and i find it ok naman. kahit na VIA yung processor nya, mas nabibilisan ako sa kanya compared sa Intel Atom ng acer aspireone. i bought them at the same time to compare. installed the same apps, run both simultaneously etc etc. end of the day, i sold my acer and kept the HP

HP will be releasing Intel based 2133 soon.

hi girls! can you help me coz i can't decide.. im choosing between Dell Inspiron Mini 10 and Samsung NC10..ok naman sa specs pareho though yung Samsung based sa reviews, mas matagal ang battery life. yung dell naman, i like the style..saka may HDMI. dell is an american company while samsung is korean..alin ba mas magaling in terms of electronics? hehe..thanks!

doesn't matter who's better in terms of electronics because basically they're all the same. consider mo na lang yung cost tsaka yung after market support.

i bought hp mini 2133 here in florida after weeks of deciding

so worth for the price and good deal since this costs a lot more in manila.

i'm starting to love this netbook and now thinking if i will still sell this when i'm back in manila
