^there isn't any universally recognized difference, but usually if the screen is 10 inches and below, the unit is a netbook.

my cousin bought one and nagswap kami ng laptop. She used my macbook and ako naman yung s10 nya for a week. sobrang handy and magaan. 6 cell battery na yon and super okey yung price na binigay sa pinsan ko

and wala pa bang 1000HE dito? kasi mas maganda yun, up to 9.5 hours and battery life..

MSI wind ang choice ko. It has an ergonomic keyboard(hindi nakakangalay unlike sa bagong neo netbook na maliliit ang keys), maliwanag ang screen at hindi masyadong umiinit. The downside is the battery life. I have the 3-cell batt and it only lasts 1-2hrs unplugged.

sis pa-help naman...i'm also looking into a netbook. i'm torn between MSI wind and lenovo S10.  which do you think is better?

one more thing, pwede naman kabitan yun ng external DVD drive and HDD di ba? ok pa kasi yung sa old laptop ko so gusto ko sana gamitin pa din.

i dont like msi kaze thats my laptop ngayon, although its not the small notebook. minsan nagla log yung keyboard as in kahit [textspeak!] pinudutin mo walang nagfafunction. nung bagong bili ko to pinapalit ko ng new unit kaze nagpakita kagad yung ganun. Ngayon after a year nagkaganun na din. Siguro sakit talga nila yun.

Go for lenovo. Dami na din good feedbacks here!
