its really nice...and 1/4 cheaper than mac air but way better than asus eee pc...saw some reviews on youtube too and parang eto pinakasulit...maybe because i'm not into big screens when it comes to notebook mahirap kasi bitbitin. any comments on this kung meron na kayo? thanks

Loved this too  when I saw a review in a broadsheet.

For 25++ t, sulit na talaga. 8o gb  hdd, 1 gb RAM , and the  video  card is  for high resolution games. Ganda pa ng body sis. Panalo!

really? seems like it... kaso nga lang i saw this video on youtube na  he's opening his new msi wind notebook parang wala siyang free bag/pouch? yun [textspeak!] aside dun everything seems cool...love the pink and white (love edition) kind...ok naman lahat so far? no regrets?

hindi nga lang sya SSD sa HD gudluck pag nag byahe ka, mukha syang aspire ONE Kaya siguro sya mas mahal kasi naka windows, compare sa eeepc na naka linux by default...uhmm compare sa Vaio ano mas maganda ang itsura?

^I cant really say sis, standard naman ata ang pricing nila unless u get the installment which is easier on the pocket

May reklamo nga pala ako, hindi illuminated ang keyboard nya when I turn off the lights but other than that its superb

i like this better kasi its cheaper...pero siguro if you're gonna do video editing or as such, most likely di nito kaya. I'd go for vaio...if i had the money i'd still opt for vaio. the pink one syempre

i saw asus eee pc 1000, parang same specs lang sila ng msi wind, only that, yung asus has 6-cell batt.. hay naguluhan nnaman ako sa choice ko

sa mga sisses who got this notebook..ano pa reviews nyo about this? up to 1GB lang ba sya pwede? if that's the case mahihirapan ito with Vista, pero ang default nya is XP home which I think is better than Vista

3 colors lang talaga available sa msi wind? gusto ko sana yung pag ka-red ng dell mini.. ganda eh

Acer aspire one ( i just bought one for my mom) - better specs, powerful yet cheaper. It uses Linpus linux - very friendly to use considering my mom is mas sanay sa windows, well she can put windows into it anytime.

Msi Wind- if I plan to travel, I won't get this since hindi sya Solid State Drive pag ginamit mo yun on a moving surface (e.g. on a car while running), may chance na madamage ang hard disk head and nuke the whole hard disk to become unusable.And SSDs have very fast boot time like 30 seconds or even less. Pero kung hindi ka travelling, and storage space is  more important, the msi wind wins here. They use windows ata, pero if i'll get this i'll have the one that has linux version since I can't afford having anti-viruses etc..

Asus eeepc- better kung always travelling, kasi ruggedized na sya. Panalo ito kasi may Skype na kung tibay paguusapan winner ito.

Dell Ins 910 or Inspiron Mini (wala pa dito yan, di ko sure kung may release date na, just saw Michael Dell using it)  - talo nya ang aspire one,perfect combination kasi of hardware and software. And Ubuntu is very usable. For sure affordable din ito.

lenovo idea pad s10 - may pccard sya kapareho nung nasa macbook pro, so pwede magkabit doon ng very highspeed stuff like a port replicator, or HSDPA modem or firewire adapter.

^HDD's are not naman that vulnerable to damage..unless binagsak or ibinato mu talaga sya intentionally..
i always bring with me my laptops (hdd) kasi..
inaabangan ko din ang dell mini! 

sis chinita_eyes, 3 colors lang pa yata release ng msi wind...

sis sassy_TiN, yung nga ang plus point ng eee pc 901 and 1000/1000H, 6-cell na kasi ang battery nya..
pero it's up to you pa rin.. pareho naman maganda..

^^but hard disk are sets of magnetic plates that are spinning on thin cushions of air, kasi yung head pag nag tumama sa isang plates, bye bye ka na sa buong hard disk -> bye bye sa lahat ng data.  Kaya ruggedized laptops may shock absorber around the hard disk, unless panasonic toughbook yun. Sa SSD, walang hd head, wala syang mechanical parts.

wind has 3 colors but if you count the editions, i think there's more...i saw this white wind at SM fariview (forgot the store) basta sa 3rd floor ata..it's called "love edition"...basta nice siya and the price is the around 25K din...hmm siguro all these netbooks will be on sale this christmas haha. still waiting for a cheaper one with the same specs as wind...
