Gusto ko ding matuto mag-capoeira kaso lang mukhang walang nagtuturo dito sa probinsya. Kung meron man, for sure mahal! $:-\$

if you're overwiehgt, is capoiera advisable. kase ako i am overweight and lake talaga ng tinaba ko after a major operation last feb but now, i think it's time to lose weight na so iniisip ko rin magcapoiera pero di ko lam kung kakayanin ng katawan ko.

i'm so interested on capoeira aside from Ultimate (frisbee). Please recommend classes within the Ortigas area wherein there's a session for beginners, and paki post na rin ng rates per session. Thanks!

I'm really decided to try this na..I hope someone can give more information about where I can have training preferably around qc area. Medyo malayo kasi venue for ebc and sana yung mas affordable thanks!
