ako i suggest if you are going to do capoeira, EBC dapat. If you are going to join zipping, PLANET ZIPS naman - mga pioneer in the Philippines in their respective fields. ;D

My sister used to practice capoeira at UP Diliman. The instructor is Nathan Dominguez, he used to teach at Red Corner gym. It costs less than P200 per session. Around 2 hours per session.

Hi! Don't be afraid of the tambling tambling, you're not forced to do anything, so if you don't want to, don't. =p I was never able to do cartwheels as a kid, I'm 30 and I can do it na! haha small achievements. :)
The "games" are all in freestyle-- as in no one does this is choreography. It only looks that way because there's a sort of dialogue going on, much like if you play badminton you respond to your partner's actions.  The more you practice in the games the better you get at it, the more beautiful the game will be. :)

Hi slickchick! di kelangan uber flexible... kawawa naman tayong mga non gymnastically-inclined hahahaha! :) Dami nagcclaim that Capoeira is a good way to loose fat (fat, not just weight kasi you gain muscle and strength naman). Pampasexy daw haha
