I read sa magazines and websites na MoH nga daw ang nagtthrow ng bridal shower.. My mom recently asked me about MY despedida de soltera, she was asking san daw gagawin, and I think she's giving it thought to have it done at home. I have no problem with that whatsoever.. then she asked, sino daw ba ang magplan nun! I couldn't answer, kasi hindi ko alam if aware ang MoH ko na dapat sya mag initiate nun.. I don't know if it's right to ask her din... some of my bridesmaids are thinking of my bridal shower pero I don't know if they are actually planning it. do you think okay lang na "ibrief" ko sila sa roles nila, esp. my MoHs?  I have 2 MoHs btw....

i'm planning to throw my best friend a bridal shower. but i'm at a loss on what to do. twice pa lang ako naka attend ng bridal shower and those two times, super intimate lang siya kasi barkada/close friends ko sila. so parang basically dinner and bonding time lang kami.

eh now, ewan ko. kasi i'm not part of my best friend's barkada and she is not part of mine. we have different sets of friends. though i know her friends, hindi ko din kilala lahat. ang mas kilala are her relatives. pero 2 lang naman sila na girls na close relative niya. the others are too young pa or are not here in the phils. so hindi ko ngayon alam panong klase ng bridal shower gagawin ko. hehe.

i haven't backread though. i'll backread later baka may mapulot na ideas.

knowing my moh's personality, if she will organize a bridal shower for me (i hope she will. hahahaha  ), it'll surely be a spa bridal shower. i think i like this better than a hen's party since ayaw ko ng stag party for h2b

Bridal shower ko i told my mohs to have it same theme sa wedding ko kaya i want a tea party inspired shower. May scones, quiche, cupcakes and lots of tea plus omakase food (out if place! But i love onakse kasi) and may in house spa treatment for all.

Sa house lang namin gagawin kasi our living room suits my theme :-)

My bridal party threw me a Royal Tea Party for my bridal shower as I got married to a Brit and our civil wedding was right after our neighbours Wills and Kate Complete with scones, clotted cream, tea from Fortnum and Mason's, macarons from Laduree and Thierry plus little cupcakes topped with the Union Jack along with Twining's Earl Grey tea bags as give aways. They also had Blue and White floral arrangments throughout. Everyone had a fascinator or a fancy hat on and with fun games like Kiss Prince Harry (like pin the donkey but trying to kiss Prince Harry's lips with a lipstick mark), Project Runway: Toilet Paper Bridal dress edition and so much more.

Share ko lang yung bridal shower ko sa Thunderbird resorts sa Binangonan (arranged by my friends) presidential suite kinuha nila. May food, games, kinky cake, mga give aways, candies, balloons and may masks na parang pang masquerade.

Super fun fun fun talaga... hahah Bridal shower ko April 8 then wedding ko April 10. haha

Speaking of Victoria Court, I called Victoria Court Escarpment Branch this morning since I am organizing my friend's bridal shower.  A certain Almira answered my call and tried to transfer me to another personnel who is in a better position to answer my inquiries.  My call was just rerouted to Almira after 3 or 4 attempts.  Almira just gave me IYA ALBA's (the one in-charge) cellphone # instead (****-2867377. talagang ipinost ko!).  I called the said # but a rude and unprofessional lady answered me. Nag-confirm naman siya na siya nga yung taga Victoria Court. Akala ko kasi I just dialed a wrong #. Then after I mentioned all my inquiries, she just rudely asked (in a palengkera tone), "sino ba 'to?".  I told her that Almira gave me her # but she hang up on me.

Now, I am still in search for a venue. Tried Googling KTV bars but their rates exceed our budget.

sis! natawa naman ako sa ayaw mo ng may stag party si h2b! hahaha. Si h2b ko rin, di ko alam kung mags-stag party din siya, pero parang ayoko din. Selfish much? LOL.
ako naman, mukhang di naman ako mag-eenjoy sa 'adult entertainment', kasi we went to Adonis last month kasi ikakasal yun isang friend ko, hindi naman masaya at exciting kahit nag-all the way na at tumalon pa sa table namin yun isa.  Parang wala lang. Kaya mas gusto ko nga siguro yun spa party na lang.
