All About Bridal Showers

Girltalkers, I need your ideas on what games to prepare for a bridal shower. I thought of a modified Trip to Jerusalem. Instead of using chairs, we'll use eggplant. Nakaipit [textspeak!] eggplant sa thighs nung guys. My concern is, would it be appropriate for guys to be in a bridal shower? What other games can you suggest? Thank you, mga sis!

Form a group and name the game as dress your bridesmaid. kahit crepe paper lang materials then unting ribbons tapos yung form a group tapos each group dapat my representative kung sinong aayusan nila and then si bride yung mamimili ng winner.

Meron pang isa, post ka sa wall ng pics ni bride to be mga pics niya nung bata pa siya hangang sa present then pahulaan mo sa mga guests kung ilang taon siya starting from the first pic hangang sa last pic, approximately kahit hangang 10pics lang.

Meron ding naughty game buy ka ng popsicle sticks na my flavor and then kuha ka kahit at least 3 representative. Paunahan silang mag paliit ng posicle pero dapat assuming parang nag BBJ hahaha :-) bawal kagatin then set ka lang ng time limit like 30 secs? then pag times up kung sinong unang lumiit na popsicle panalo. pag nabali diqualified :-)

Wow! I love your suggestions esp the last one. Game kasi ang mga kaibigan kong kasama sa bridal shower kaya mag-e-enjoy sila dun sa popsicle game. Thank you, sis!

Mga sis, are there any services like party coordinators specifically for throwing bridal showers? I'm the MOH for an upcoming wedding and I am super clueless. I was hoping maybe meron naman available services that will be able to provide help with the program and logistics nadin. HELP! Thanks in advance.

^im pretty sure there are party planners out there. although, i don't personally know one. also, try visiting the website of victoria court. i've read somewhere else that they have bridal shower packages - complete with food.

how many guests are you expecting for the shower? if its less than 20, then i guess, it will be worth a try organizing things on your own.

bridal showers should always be custom-made, based on the personality of the bride-to-be. some may prefer having naughty activities, while others may be more comfortable with a simple, clean, fun party.

based on my experience in organizing my cousin's shower party, since she wanted it to be simple, clean, and fun, we just rented a hotel room. she only had 6 guests. i checked in ahead of her, to give myself ample time to decorate the room. i used some naughty things as decors (condoms substituted as balloons, curled ribbons, etc.) i even scattered cartooned drawings of different shapes and sizes of the male's private part. this was in preparation of one of the games we had: paramihan ng mahanap na *toot*. of course there were small prizes. small pouches of chocolates and kikay stuff will always be a good treat. as for the food, we had potluck. everyone had their own share of food-to-bring. i also got a naughty-looking-cake at kink cakes. but, i would advise you to place your orders ahead of time, they tend to run out of cute designs.

^Thanks! Super helpful. As for now, no idea pa how many are coming, I will coordinate muna siguro if merong own shower hosted by other people. Anyway, thanks a bunch! Look-out nalang ako ng planners just in case madami yung dadating. Would like to enjoy din kasi like with the program instead of hosting hehe

kame naman will be doing our friends BS sa condo ng isa nameng friend... then idecorate na [textspeak!] yung place.... most of the BS kc sa mga condo type na eh... to have more bonding... and madami kame eh...

hindi naman talaga NEED. its up to you if you wanna have fun. ok lang yun kasi yung sa friend ko last week of october wedding, first wek shag party nila. and besides, you can just ask your maid-of-honor to organize it for you

share ko lang yung prinepare sa akin ng mga froends ko last year i think 2 weeks before our wedding to(kalimutan ko na exact date..) ginanap siya sa Victoria Court, nirent nila yung Austin themed room at ideal yung area if gusto niyo maginvite ng private dancer meron din siya mini stage na may mga bars at disco light kaya super private...kakatuwa...kaso di ko alam magkano sila kasi lahat gumastos e...
