hello mga sisses and sis mamita

meron na kming existing business ni hubby. wholesaler/retailer kami ng generic diapers at distributor din ng detergent products/dishwashing liquid.
last march lang kami nag start, medyo nagiging ok naman kaya lang nagkaroon agad kami ng kalaban dito sa lugar namin 

so we're planning to put up a mini-grocery or sari sari store. pwede po pa pm ng mga contact numbers and addresses ng mga suppliers nyo? thank you po in advance...

This business is really good. Gusto ko din nito. parang gusto ko na lang magstay sa bahay with my son. kaso natatakot ako sa mga pala utang na kapit bahay.

Tsaka dapat talaga ok ang inventory mo.. if not malalaman mo na lang nalulugi ka na pala..

Anyway how much po kita dito kung small sari-sari store lang?

^we opened one last July 22. Sa Bulacan yung location nung store namen.

so far so good for one day ang pinakamataas namen na sales P5000 tapos and pinakamababa namen P1000.

pero on the average 2k/day naman..

ang initial stocks namen 30k worth lang.. sa puregold lang kami bumili.. pero ngayon nakapagsource out na ko ng mga murang suppliers sa sta. maria.

saka as you go along yung mga suppliers naman pupuntahan ka na sa lugar mo para mag alok ng paninda. ganyan yung nangyari samen, may supplier na kami ng tinapay, itlog, alak at softdrinks, tapos meron na rin nagdadala saken ng anything from divi like mga school supplies, hardware supplies, pati yung mga tuyo, dilis.. practically anything may magaalok sayo..

Joining the thread mga sis  may sari sari store din kami 32sqm 3,000-5,000 day ang sales, operational for approx. 15yrs, ano pa kaya sis ang pwedeng maidagdag sa store aside from e-load, am thinking of the following

*ice cream machine
*photocopying machine

re ice cream machine mas ok [textspeak!] kung yung known brand na like selecta or magnolia. last time i inquired may quota daw yun na 10k per month.. pero free freezer naman as long as you meet the quota..

samen.. i'll try to add tocino, longganisa, ham, hotdog... kaso di ko pa alam kung san ko ilalagay.. yung ref kasi na binili ko for the store sa softdrinks at alak pa lang puno na..

^^our store offers Nestle ice cream and CDO products. We also have the basic school supplies. You may also offer photocopying if your outlet is near gov't offices/schools.

^free freezer from Nestle. Quota would depend on the freezer size. Initial supplies require certain amount but in the next deliveries, you may decide up to how much you'll be ordering.  So far, we spend around 20K++ for 1 month for the ice cream orders.
All in all, we have 3 refs - 1 for softdrinks, 1 ice cream and 1 for frozen products & other drinks.

ok din tong business na to kaya lang matrabaho lalo na sa inventory. siguro magsupply nlng ako. pero laki din daw kita dito kung focus ka eh.

hi mga sis update ko lang kayo sa dinagdag kong eloading sa tindahan namin..

So far almost a month mga 500-600 kita sa load (globe at smart)- hndi pa career na career to ah kasi may mga times na wala ako sa house para magload

Yung soft ice cream machine naman nakapending pa yung application namin sa installment plan na inavail namin to get the ice cream and hopefully next week makakaumpisa na

^ sis maganda yung daily needs like sa amin: coffee, sugar, eggs, softdrinks. sardines at iba pang canned goods, junk foods at sana yung mga products na hindi agad masisira o ma-expire

Update ko lang po kayo na meron na kaming ice cream machine  so far nakaka 50-60 cones per day... sana maging mabili pa pag summer

^Medyo may kamahalan sis, estimated 150k ang malalabas...pero mababawi naman agad "kung" talagang matao yung lugar...

May questions ako mga sis…. Nagtayo din kasi kami ng mini grocery namin … And sales ranges from 18 k – 21 k pero honestly di naming alam ang kita namin… ang problema dahil minadali naming I open we were not able to talagang gumawa ng inventory. Hindi kami tutok dito usually hapon na kami nakapunta, although kamaganak naming cashier, ,  I think it would be better pa din kung nakainventory lahat..

May suggestions ba kayo sis kung papaano ang ways nang madaliang organized inventory?

And may alam ba kayo on where to buy yung like sa mga big groceries na pinapunch nalang nila yung item then may price na? kailangan ba ng programmer dun?
