i was switching channels when i saw sa news na parang may recall or somethign like that ang Acer ? i wasn't sure, i didn;t het the details, pero may units na nagooverheat daw..can somebody condirm on this and give more info or link (internet) on the news? i tried googling at ito lang yung closest na nakita ko: http://www.ubergizmo.com/15/archives/2009/10/acer_laptop_recall.html which is dated 10/2009 pa..baka kasi may bagong recalls ? thanks

so far okay naman aspire ko, 3 years and counting na. nag upgrade lang ako ng ram from 512 mb to 2gb. naka twice na akong pareformat due to virus lang

just got an acer aspire 4740g last may, 2010. so far ok naman sya gamitin. yung baterry life nya lasts for 3hrs. nga lang. a friend told me to remove the battery pack when i'm at home, so ngayon gamit ko sya na naka ac adapter lang ako. gusto ko save battery pag dadalhin sa labas laptop eh. bka kasi mabilis massira if lagi ginagamit kahit nasa bahay lang. hope magtagal to, medyo pricey din kasi bumili ng bago..

sabi, 10hrs ang battery life, eh pumapatak na 8hrs lang pag fully-charged

Got my new laptop last month and been using it for my work usually every 4hours pinapahinga ko.. last week nasa SM ako naka wifi biglang nag hang at ayaw mag-off. What I did I removed the battery para magoff then on ko ulit nag Start-Up scan ang tagal almost 2hours tinapos ko yun tapos pag sinidihan ko "Operating System not found"

Help naman ano kaya nangyari sa laptop ko.. bago pa naman sya!

I'm planning to buy a laptop but I'm torn between Dell and Acer. I like the pink one sa Dell. Wala nman kasing pink Acer dito samin with high specs. Only minis lang may pink. Ok ba performance ng Acer? Di ba hirap hanapin parts nito in case may sira? I'm eye-ing on the 4741. The latest model. I want an I3 kasi. Need your opinions regarding Acer. TIA...

a month ago i bought mine @ 36k (aspire 4745g core i3) so far ok naman siya.. super like ni hubby kasi hd.. mahirap lang magconnect sa wifi minsan..

been using my Aspire 4540G for 6 mos. now, as in halos magdamag ko sya gamit at ok naman.. What i can complain lang is the mic, sobrang hina, need mopa tumutok talaga dun sa built in mic nya at sabi ng sister ko para daw chipmunks ang voice ko, LOL! so what i do na lang is use yung mic ng headset
