Hay, sira ang acer aspire laptop ko, walang lumalabas sa screen, iilaw lang yung power, then, mawawala, kahit i-off ko awaw nya.

Wala eh, pag on ko, iilaw yung sa gilid nya, which means may power, after a while mawawala, then yung ilaw for wi-fi wala din. Black ang screen para lang naka-off. Di ko pa nga mapa-check eh. Ano kaya ang sira nito?

My husband just recently gave me his old Acer Travelmate 2420. Well, medyo bago pa naman din sya, malapit na mag 2 years old pero still in good condition. I might just need to replace the battery kasi maikli na battery life nya.

Acer Aspire 5315 ang gamit ko,binili ko lang 1 month ago,ayoko nga dapat ng Acer,kasi I work with them before nung nasa Phils. pa ako,and alam ko yung usual na problem,pero itong binili ko so far mabait naman sa akin,siguro yung mga maid in the phils. lang kasi import naman iyon from china,sa phils lang inaassemble,pero since dito ko binili kaya siguro dependable.

Something's wrong with my Aspire 4920, a friend's kid was playing games in it and she said the screen just froze and then this weird sound like some wire got loose inside just started. Now it says OS not found, and that clicking sound is driving me nuts. I'm gonna have it fixed next week. Buti nalang naawa sister ko she let me borrow her EEE pc, naga-adjust lang ako sa screen size....

My acer nasira din, wlang nakikita sa screen at all, umiilaw yung sa power, but later on, mawawala din, mag 3 yrs pa lang sya, nakakalungkot.

I guess, mas ok may cooler, Di ko pa naexperience na magfreeze acer ko.

Meron akong Acer Travelmate 2413 na laptop. Matibay sya except sa type ng plastic na ginamit sa cover. Kasi nagc-crack sa likod ng hinge. Pero in terms of performance hindi pa naman sya nasira o nag crash ever since. Ginagamit ko to almost everyday for the past 3+ years.

 kainis nangyari sakin. mine is acer aspire 4310. right after the one year warranty saka nagkaloko-loko. una usb port, so nirepair ng service center nila. tapos di pa din working yung usb port, so binalik ko. sabi sakin after analysis, yung main board na! naloka ko kasi naman nasa 14-15k daw ang replacement! dagdagan ko na lang yun to buy a new one pero di na ko maga-acer! tapos they called me kung iaapprove ko daw yung repair of main board, 6,500 ang fee. pinarepair ko na din at dami ko na namimiss sa GT  kainis, nakailang balik kami dun. yung last pick up ko ng lappy, talagang nagpray ako na last na sana naming punta dun..

Is it worth buying?

It depends on what you need and what you're looking for.  In my case it's very much worth it since I'm traveling a lot lately and require 'ultraportability'.  Getting through airport security, taking out my 14 inch notebook was tedious..felt 'lighter' taking out the smaller AOA. I was at SJC airport yesterday and I felt a tinge of satisfaction to be using a UMPC amidst the swarm of bigger notebooks. hehe.  And I do like it when they go ..''ooh look at that it's so small!!'

Specs  are decent enough to get the job done for me while I'm on the road: surfing, checking email, viewing and editing documents.
