Hi girls,

Thanks to this thread, I found out that you need to take the battery off pala. Kasi what happened to mine, nasira yung battery kasi iniiwan ko lang shang ganon.

And the sad part eh, AMD yung processor ko. Ambagal talaga.
BTW I'm using Acer Aspire 3000.

im using 4520 nabili ko last november. almost 2 hours lang battery life nya. what i do is un-plug ko sya kapag full pa then plug na lang ulit kapag battery low na. sana tama yung ginagawa ko...

^ ganyan din ginagawa ko, pero ngayon, since nasa bahay lang ako, hindi ko na ginagamit yung battery.

Hehe. My Acer is in the Service Ctr right now. They said it's okay na but it frickin cost me 800 bucks to have it reformatted. Pero tanggapin ko na lang kesa magmukmok pa di ba  Anyway, I bought it kase sa US, ano bang tips for AMD-run Laptops? Kasi they heat much faster unlike Intel di ba?

^i have found this coolball from www.cooltoyzph.com It costs around 400 pesos. I dont know if it could really help reduce the heat as I havent bought one yet. just check the website na lang for deatils.

my processor is intel btw and it gets really hot too. when i place it in bed or on my lap, madali uminit. dapat talaga there enough room nderneat for heat to dissipate.

Thanks binlaten. I really thought it was just my laptop that got real hot wherever I put it on top of.. Anyhoo, I'm surfing the site you gave and trying to find which one could help reduce the heat

Acer Aspire 5502, 2 yrs old na sya, nabagsakan ko ng cosmo mag yung keyboard , nasira yung letter P key, naayos naman sya, kasi its under warranty pa, right now my problem is expired na ang anti-virus, di ko pa naman kabisado, officemate ko kasi ang nag-ayos nito pagkabili ko.

^ sa Cdr king ko binili yung akin sis, may mura at may mahal, price range is from Php300 and above yata, pero yung akin php180 ko lang nabili kasi nag sale sila dati..try mo tumingin sa tipid pc sis, madaming nagbebenta dun.
