ACER user here.... December ko lang nabili laptop ko.. so far so good.. i dont use the battery at home... kaya siguro ok pa battery nya...

sis tisay, you take out the battery and just plug the adapter? or meron pa settings na kailangan i-set sa laptop?

^when the batt is fully charged, you must remove it so that you only use commercial power and not over-charge your battery.

if it's fully charged naman, use it until it's drain then that's the time you must connect to commercial.

i'm using an acer laptop para sa store. hirap sobra maghanap ng drivers, Yung CD na kasama pag Windows Vista, e i'm running windows XP.

until now hindi ko magamit yung modem and yung audio niya. nung humingi kase ako ng driver sa PC express (where i bought the laptop) nagka virus.

Travelmate is still working despite its broken monitor frame. Out of stock na sa Acer yung parts nya kaya hindi na napalitan... sayang lang!

 im sorry for the late reply sis, tama si binalten.. sakin lang once in a while ko lang talaga nagagamit ang battery.. most of the time naka AC power ako.. and pag ginamit ko battery i make sure na made drain talaga sha then full charge ko ulit...

Im planning to buy Acer laptop too. This would be my first time using such brand. My previous laptopts were hp compaq and ibm. So far the specs are ok and affordable price.

i just bought my acer aspire 4720 yesterday and until n0w nasa box pa rin.di ko pa nilalabas.haayy this is my 1st laptop and am sort of hesitant to operate kasi baka may mali akong magawa.in the weekend ko sya buksan at sabay concentrate akong basahin at idemo ang nasa manual.hehe

nako sis buksan mo na yan! hehe ako nga pagkabili ko ng laptop ko nasa mall pa lang ako ginamit kona na.. hehe atat ako mashado... di ko yata kaya ginagawa mo.. hehe nasa box lang? sure ka? ayaw mo buksan??? try to use it na.. wala ka naman masisira jan eh tsaka 1 year naman ang warranty hehe
