got a donati italy black leather bag na look alike ng hermes. medyo nag peel off because of storage (humidity). i think its better to bring the bag sa besas for repair. huhuhu sayang

sis, about the baghooks, are these really useful? di naman sagabal sa table? or di naman mabilis matangay yung bag? am super praning when it comes to that kasi, but i agree na minsan, not so good to make the bag sit beside me when in the resto kasi masikip sa chair or napipisa sya..

I do not like using bag hooks coz well..my bags are heavy, baka masira agad the straps.
I usually ask for a chair to put my bag on.
If I am not in a corner or a restaurant where I do not feel that secure about my bag, I have this numbered lock with that light metal wire-like thing i thread through the bag and the back of the chair.  If anybody is going to snatch my bag... he will have to carry the chair off as well.
     I bought that lock from Travel Club over a year ago.
 
When travelling in Europe on the trains.. i use it to secure my suitcase to the baggage rail... mahirap na baka someone kasi goes off the train with it.

In the expensive HK restaurants... they see you coming in with a Birkin or Kelly or any expensive bag, the waiter automatically brings an extra chair and get this -- a pillow case like cloth thing to cover your bag with.    There, safe from spills.

I had pen marks inside my LC Cabas. I left my pen without the cover and now, the left side has a lot of blue streaks from the pen! Argh, how do I remove it without damaging the bag? Maybe acetone? Any suggestions?

i drew a really big mark on the front of mine. i dabbed the area with mild soap then rubbed a few times using a wet cloth. so far, ok naman. the pen mark's gone, no stains, no bubbles.

me naman, soap and old toothbrush.  brush it till the stain is gone, then wipe the excess soap,.

if its a pen mark on leather..spray spray net/hair spray on the stain then wipe. i marked my marc jacobs before and this trick worked saw it online

i don't know how to maintain white bags too.. kaya even though am so tempted to buy, cause it looks so nice in a lot of outfits, I don't buy. Can somebody suggest proper maintenance of white bags?

help! i stained my gucci bag! i don't know where my bag got the stain pero nasa line ng handle... ngb-bleed ba yung leather ng gucci???

how can i remove the stains??? my bag is a gucci cystal mix GG tote bag.. the leather is like vinyl-coated (?) so dapat di madali mag-stain...

Hi baghags! Hoping you can help me with my bag problems.

Recently bought two 2 bags from ukay-ukay. One is made of suede and the other one is made of leather.

Both have that moldy/musty/funky smell though due to storage. Any tips/ideas how to remove the bad smell? I'm thinking of bringing them to Mr. Quickie but would still like to try out your tips. Thanks!

The best way to eliminate odors is to air it out. Since your bags are made of suede and leather, respectively it's best not to expose them to direct sunlight to avoid cracking. If the odor persists, you can try spraying (the interior) if the lining is thick enough. Best of luck!

Magaling ba Besa's in cleaning white and suede bags?
