i have a suede hobo; padala from my aunt in the US. the bag was labeled with a small masking tape (gasp!) and there was a slight mark when i removed it!

any recos how to get rid of it? medyo may naiwan din na sticky from the tape.

You can buy suede shampoo or what I do is use the Magic Tape and press on the spot repeatedly till dirt is removed.

^ Hi, eggtarts. There's a suede cleaner available at the Kenneth Cole (for men) section of Rustan's... in case you can't find a suede shampoo or the magic tape won't work for you. The Kenneth Cole boutiques might also have it.

what's a good leather cleaner for coach and gucci hand bags?

the leather handles and base are gitting dirty and i dont want to risk it with using just any leather cleaner.

any reco and availability in the market?

^ Coach Leather Cleaner and Leather Moisturizer are available for sale. The Coach leather cleaner and conditioner should also work for Gucci leather. Haven't seen them being sold in Manila, though. Apple Leather Cleaner and Leather Care/conditioner are available through eBay and Multiply. They're also available at Accessory Lab (2nd Level, Rockwell PowerPlant mall).

^ I read in The Purse Forum that the Apple Leather Cleaner is kind of harsh so I never tried using it. I use the Coach Leather Cleaner instead. I'm using the Apple Garde Rain and Stain Repellent and Apple Leather Care (conditioner) and they've been working for me, so far.

Hi everyone. I have a big lacoste bag which was given to me by my husband during our dating days pa. It's light blue so it easily got dirty. Any suggestions on how to clean it? I tried washing it with mild soap and water but the dirt is still there.

I bought a leather bag moisturizer from Ilog Maria. It's pretty good and it smells nice too. It's a clear wax so I suppose it can take out the dirt and grime from leather as well.

I also have a lacoste bag, pearly white naman siya. Nahulog na siya sa floor ng car and unfortunately nadumihan, as in kitang-kita. What I did when I got home was I put a little of Dove cream bar and used a soft, old toothbrush ( just apply on the dirt area lang) and nawala na agad yung mantsa even if konting rinse lang ng water.

try mo ulit i wash with mild soap and soft toothbrush lang then pat with soft, dry cloth.

ok, aside from vintage restore and besas, are there any other stores out there where i can bring my "dog carrier" bag

for repair? (its actually a doctor's bag.)

from what i've gathered here vintage restore is quite pricey and besas naman i have a horror story, so out of the question na.

the stitch kasi on one of the handles is starting to unravel.
