Afriend has been raving about Estrel's. I'm not a big fan of sweets but if their cakes aren't that sweet, Ima give this a try.

I heard super crunch time sila pag Christmas, like you have to place your order a few days ahead! Wow! Estrel's really have this cult following!

i just had a taste of estrel's caramel cake last friday during an office party and it was soooo good! the caramel cake wasn't that sweet, it sort of just melts in your mouth, very soft cake and the flower icing and caramel was very goood! yummy!

oh my i love this cake! it's just right, but i like the rose icing cold kasi when it's medyo malambot prang nakakaumay coz it's pure icing talaga. the cake itself and the caramel icing, sooo good!

^ you can take edsa and turn left at timog. turn left at sct. tobias, go further down the road a bit, and you'll soon see estrel's on your left (sct. tobias cor. sct. limbaga). look for the green and yellow signage. you can't miss it.

i've been going to estrel's for years, and i must say that their caramel cakes are really, really good - soft, light, not too sweet. i introduced it to my bf's mom last Christmas and she loved it - plus points for me!
