Estrel's Bakeshop, who love their caramel cake?

Last night, we attended a party, and the cake of the celebrant was made by Estrel's Bakeshop, and it was heavenly delicious! I love their sponge cake, very smooth, and the caramel filling, is not that sweet, but it is very creamy and milky.

It is located in Sct. Tobias in QC, and based on the blogs that i have read about their cakes, hindi lang kami ang nasarapan.

yup masarap nga cake sa Estrel's. its not very sweet.you need to pick-up the cake but you need to order one day before.tapos nklagay sa box na the cake is only good until the next day. i guess its because napapanis yung caramel pag di nilagay sa ref.

flower decor is buttericing.madaling matunaw.when my hubby picked up my bday cake pagdating sa house nalaglag na sa gilid yung flower decor.

Pwede din hindi advance order pero sa umaga until 11 am lang kasi yung mga cakes nareserve na rin, yan yung reminder lagi sa amin sa shop nila.
May brownies, food for the god and other goodies sila pero hindi ko napansin if may iba na cakes lagi kasi nasa mga boxes na cakes pagnapunta kami sa hapon,mga may ari na.

Their caramel cake is to die for. 

It is moist and soft.  Not sweet at all.  We have been patronizing their cakes since 10 years ago.

Hubby's originally lives at Tomas Morato, QC.  Sa may Timog ang office niya until now, tuwing may Birthday sa office, Estrel's Caramel Cake ang handa!   Puro praises nga si hubby dito, pero pag palagi, nakakasawa daw.

Last Birthday niya, nag-uwi siya nito.  Bigay ng boss niya sa kaniya, 2 caramel cakes.  Grabe ang sarap nga!  Hindi nakakaumay!

Badtrip lang, ang layo nila sa amin dito sa LP.

I got to try this last christmas. Masarap nga siya! It's family-run kaya 1 branch lang. Specialty talaga nila yung caramel cake.
