BIZU has an open-face sandwich with fresh tomatoes, chorizos and cheese on top plus EVOO drizzled on top.  yummy
(classified as an appetizer but it sure is good enough for a light lunch if combined with soup)

i tried to re-create the cranberry & turkey sandwich of starbucks....on 1 sliced bread, i spread apricot jam (thats what we had at that time). then i placed 2 slices of farmer's ham & cheese. then on the other slice of bread, i placed some dijon mustard. next, dip the whole sandwich into a bowl of beaten egg. then fry it on little butter (just like what you do with french toast). super yummy! my daughter like it alot, which is a big feat for a picky eater.

try nyo rin the sausage with toast in Country Style for P95, you get a big sausage (as in big, haha!) with 2 slices wheat bread toast. it's yummy.. & you can choose pa if you want frankfurter, hungarian and 2 other kinds of sausage pa that's available

sayang nakalimutan ko yesterday to visit subway 
tried open-face Angus sandwich at Almon Marina last night. ok naman, except for the lots of gravy pour in it. don't like gravy pa naman. may kasamang 2 mashed potato at herb veggies. nakakabusog!

^ yah. meron din Country Style Bistro. pero mas type ko yung Country Style lang! sa Bistro, mas mahal and most of the sandwiches parang panini style.. mas gusto ko wheat bread pa rin.

tried Country Style's mushroom omelette with toast yesterday.. yummy di tipid sa mushrooms and ang fluffy nung omelette mismo. (P75/ without drinks)

I love the cheese panini from Seattle's Best, tuna + cheese sandwich from Subway and Oliver's, and crabstick sandwich from Oliver's, and Philly cheesesteak from Goodies & Sweets.

The Subway branch here in Eastwood is on a buy 1 take 1 promo every Tuesdays and Thursday. You just need to buy 1 sandwich plus a 16 oz drink, then you can get another sandwich for free. The 2nd sandwich should be the same price or cheaper.

This is what I usually have for bfast and lunch every Tues or Thurs. Yummy!
