where to stay in macau?

We stayed at Ole London Hotel. It's quite a good deal. Mura lang and the people are friendly. Sa may kanto nya, merong stop yung mga shuttles ng different casinos. Mga 15 minute walk sya papuntang Senado Square.

is this thread active? anyways, pahelp naman sa paggawa ng itinerary for 1-day lang, dating sa hongkong on august 29 at 10am so plano namin diretso muna kami sa macau to see venetian hotel tapos balik na sa hongkong to check in in the afternoon. Or ano kaya maganda, sa day2 na lang kame punta macau? ano pa ba pwede mapuntahan na nalapit lang sa venetian hotel? thanks

^ if you will arrive 10am in HK, don't go to macau coz the travel time to TST or HK island to takes an hour. go to macau on your 2nd day instead.

^^from HK airport, you can ride the ferry bound for Macau na. just check its schedule kung uubra yun plan mo.

initially our iti is like this:

may 14 (very late arrival sa hk) so check in hotel
may 15  nong ping - city gate - disney (1st time ng friend ko)
             night market (worth it pa kaya)
may 16 morning shopping i guess after lunch head to macau na

sis ano yung choices ng ferry? saan kami pwede sumakay?

may 17 leave macau after lunch since 2000 hours ang flight ko. tapos midnight naman sa kanila. hopefully maka ikot pa kami ng hk kahit isang mall lang.

so i need to back read but it would also help if somebody can suggest a cheap but clean hotel sa macau? yung maganda ang location

Meron sis! pede ka po mag train from shenzhen to guangzhou. then, ride ka bus guangzhou to macau.  That's what I did before. LOL 1st time and alone... hirap ng communication pag nasa mainland ka na.

Better go in Macau directly by riding a cotaijet from HKIA to Venetian Macau.  Then spend your one day in Macau.  Tour the Taipa area 1st where Venetian is located.  Mostly residential dyan sa Taipa.   I stayed there kc for 1month before. But there's a lot to see lalo na kung mahilig ka sa mga historical/cultural places.  Just refer to this link. I hope it helps. http://www.china-macau.com/taipa-island/attractions.htm

Kung mahilig kayo mag shopping, punta kayo ng red market which is the flea market there but it's located in main macau not in taipa area.  Andun din banda yung' building na puros gadgets.  IMO mas mura ang bilihin sa Macau kesa HK kaya mas mag eenjoy kayo.

Meron sis pero sa mga kababayan nating pinoy doon na nakatira na... Some of them are offering their extra room/bed for rent to tourist.  Yung' iba nga sala pinapaupahan... dun kayo ma22log. pero super budget friendly talaga. Before may kilala ako 100php a day lang. hehe.  Yun' nga lang it's very hard to know someone who's offering like that... Swerte lang kung may kakilala from there.

which is better mga sis? hotel sintra or emperor hotel, when i compared kasi, almost 400+ pesos lang difference nila pag ni convert ko sa pesos
