(that's the top category Large B -- those not familiar with our industry think that A is a higher category -- na confuse sila with the Triple A -- which is the highest license vs the Large B category

SAP analyst ako for an IT company (that "gives us a chance for work/life balance by giving us chances to work from home, or leave earlier and offset later"  ). But I had to resign 2 mos ago because I wanna concentrate more on my pregnancy and the 1st few months of the baby. There's a big chance that I might go back to the same company 3 months after birth of our baby.

sis fabbkr2, hindi naman big time..tama lang. kundi lang nga maliit at bebi pa si biboy ko baka nagresign na ako to work for a contractual job abroad, para atleast few months work lang para pang-ipon then full time mommy na. tapos kung uubra pa, tanggap ulet ng contract den full time mommy ulet. haaay.. sana next year keri na..

Sis, Triple A is for the size of the company.  That is your PCAB License.  It denotes the project contract amounts your company can go into.  For Triple A -- no limit on project cost amount.

Now within your License, the PCAB defines what kind of projects you go into -- may limit again on size.  The largest (meaning no limit) Category you can get is a Category B -- what we have for buildings & roads.  Meaning, kahit anong project cost na malaki we will qualify.  (Large A is a smaller category than Large B.  Small B is below Large B but higher project limit than a Large A).

Sis, am interested coz lately, we have been designing buildings with port components.  Ayaw namin gawa ng ports, so we can JV.  But I need your Category for the ports. Kasi nga the Category will dictate up to what port price/cost your company can bid for and construct.  Impt kasi ang upper limit. If yours is a Large B for ports -- ibig sabihin eh kahit magkano yang port na yan -- your company qualifies.  Please give me feedback.  Thanks!

our company now recognizes working moms na kasi and the demands that come with it, kaya nagstart na maging flexible un work hours.

ideal job? sahm... unfortunately iba pa din kasi ang me sariling pera so there

I'm a pricing analyst sa isang airline company kaya tali talaga ako sa 8 hour work day schedule plus 3-4 hour travel time  to/from work kaya sa gabi ko na lang naaalagaan si baby. Sa ngayon bangag bangag pa rin papasok sa umaga kasi nagigising pa rin si baby sa madaling araw.

Can't wait to be a full time mom na.. super kinukulit ko na si hubby kaso hindi talaga kaya pa

uy mga sis, don't get me wrong ha. i am pretty dedicated to my work as producer kaya lang kapag mommy ka na gusto mo time for your kid na. thanks mga sis sa good wishes ha. kapag may shop na ako ng bags and accessories, i'd go back to what i used to do before... write novels. :-)

i've often wondered how it is to work in a corporate environment and really dress up. nagdedress up lang ako sa meetings. LOL!

im a manager in an IT company here in makati... when i got pregnant again (4 mos na ko ngayon ) my boss allowed me to work from home a few days a week... nung sa first baby ko wala ako problema... walang hilo or anything ngayon kasi lagi sumasama pakiramdam ko... hayyy wish ko rin mag stop sa work iniisip ko lang na di na ako sanay baka ma bore ako and sayang din yung additional income...

pasali po...i'm a travel agent.makati yung main office but im assigned here in our place,sa batangas.walking distance lang sa bahay,walang bundy clock at walang boss.kapag sat lang siya andito mga 10mins lang then alis na din siya for his resthouse somewhere here.holidays and sundays wala pasok.meaning mas madaming time para kay baby.kasi nauwi din ako lunchtime.

just recently nga me job offer mas mataas sweldo at position kaso nga lang it will require me more time as in so inisip ko na yung family yung priority ko kaya hindi ko na inaccept.

^same with my previous company, medyo masalan kasi pregnancy ko during the 1st trimester. The company allowed me to work from home for more than 2 months.  
Sarap nga isipin maging SAHM, kaso sayang nga additional income.

i'm employed in a big university. one benefit of working in a school is that if there's a suspension of classes, wala na din kaming pasok. we don't come to work during Christmas/holiday break pero may sweldo pa din kami

i told my husband before that if we migrate abroad i want to be a SAHM, but he doesn't like the idea.

sis shyngirl and ditdit - ok lang yan, mahirap din full time mom ha, ako minsan gusto ko pa nasa ofc kaso yoko din iwan sa iba and la ko makuha yaya na mapagkakatiwalaan. i-balance nyo nalang work nyo bet your work and your family. ako nga sabi ko 24/7 job ko, 2 pa! heehee!
