july 10 i opened the 3rd branch of our laundry shops

sa umpisa talagang kelangan mo magpakilala lalo na kung madaming competitors sa paligid. basta wag mo isasacrifice yung quality ng laba. kahit mataas ang price basta yung laba maganda, mas pupuntahan ng customers yun, saka yung space dapat malinis tingnan at hindi madilim.

^sis i haven't seen LG na coin operated pero may tag meron ako nakita. try mo sa exatech.com.ph, pero their website sucks big time.

question mga sis, lahat ba ng washers and dryers niyo commercial model? I badly need an additional pair, pero i need front load para stackable. YUng nakita kong isa super duper mahal, merong isang medyo mas affordable, more capacity, kaya lang hindi nakalagay na commercial. What's your take in buying non-commercial washers and dryers? Whirlpool naman siya…

Hi, For those who are using gas drier how much is your monthly expenses on gas alone?assume po natin ang daily receive ay 100kgs a day. Balak ko magswitch from electric drier to gas but I dont have any idea sa expenses ng gas, also sa maintenance..Though sabi ng technician ko na mas magastos ang maintenance ng gas drier.Thanks po sa mga sasagot...

Hi. I hope someone can help me with my queries regarding this kind of business.

Is it more convenient and affordable if kukuha ng supplier to provide the machines, installation, set up, etc? Or sa Appliance Stores lang talaga bibili ng Machines and then hanap ng mag i install?

I am planning to put up my own Laundry business and nag ca- canvass palang ako. I have tried contacting some suppliers kaso either,  they do not reply, or the phone listed on their website is not working.

I already went to Appliance Stores to canvass para may idea ako sa prices but I am not sure kung pano yung installation na nun.

In my opinion, me pros and cons siya, convenient yung me magsesetup para sayo but of course pricey. Hindi siguro ganon kalaki difference pero meron pa rin difference. Ang pros niya, kung wala kang idea on this kind of business, meron ka matatanungan, and info and training etc..

^ Hi sis. Thank you so much for the response. Location is in Makati. Near our area sana. We live in a Condo kasi 3 na yung Laundry Shops dito. And I am planning na yung coin operated sana and not the Full service type Laundry.

I am planning na mag enroll muna sa Laundry Business Seminars so that I will have a knowledge naman with the business.

For a Full service na Laundry Shop, is it true na 300k lang makaka open ka na ng maliit na shop?

@kiz_me1109 yung 300k sis malayo na mararating nun kung hindi ka mag papackage, yung tipong ikaw mag aasikaso lahat, kaw bibili ng materials etc.. PM mo ko, meron din ako sa makati, i can give you a few advices if you want. Pero wala ako nung coin operated, meron malapit samin na coin operated... nakapag start ka na ba?

gusto ko din sana ng coin operated laundry na business though problem ko lang kasi is wala ako sa pinas pero gusto ko talaga gawin tong business na to. and kaya na kaya ang 200k as starter? or kulang pa? TIA

^hi sis 'yan ang target namin i-business sa area namin. Pero malabo ang 200T na starting capital. Ka-presyo lang siya ng isang unit (or more pa depende sa brand ng machine mo). You will need at least 2M para sa isang maayos na set-up with 5 washer and 3 dryer perhaps.

start lang muna kayo sa 1 set (1 dryer, 1 washer) 100K puwede na provided na maayos na yung stall.

Thanks sis kolinetongue. Kaso pag coin laundry ang business at least 4-5 units ang kailangan kasi hindi maghihintay 'yung customer since self-service laundromat siya. Baka lumipat sa iba, sayang.
