hi sis kolinetongue, anong brand ng electric dyer mo sis? hindi ba malakas sa kuryente? feedback kasi sa kin ng isang kakilala ko na taga-Lavandera Ko malakas daw sa kuryente ang electric dryer compared sa gas. nako-confuse tuloy ako kung itry ba namin electric dryer naman kasi gas dryer yung gamit namin ngayon.

electric dryer din ang gamit ko. ang ginagawa naming, hang dry tapos pag tuyo na dryer for          10 minutes sa temperature na 70 at pag nasa 60 na, stop na.  ganun din ba gawa mo. ang electricity ko is 8,500.00 a month with 2 big washers, 3 manual washer, 2 electric dryers and 4 electric fans and 1 iron.

Hello po i'm intrested din magtayo ng laundry shop sana sa area my gf asked me na basahin ko to and it really helps alot kung pano ako mag uumpisa. May concern is may 2 ng laundry shop sa area but base sa experience at pagtatanong ko sa dati at bago nilang staff marami nagiging issue sa customers isa narin ako dun. Tanong ko po
1. Magtayo pa kaya ako dito? Knowing na may 2 ng existing laundry shop almost within the same vicinity?
2. Since im still saving some money kailangan ko ho bang umpisahan planning ko not until malapit ko ng makuha ang target capital ko?

am having a hard time monitoring.  mag 1 year na yun shop but breaking even pa lang with the cost of the machines and operational expenses.  problem ko lang talaga pag monitor kasi di ko nachecheck regularly since I have a job.  ngayon ko lang seriously kino-consider maglagay ng CCTV.  Haven't back read yet so Im sure marami ako matutunan dito.

ok naman electric bill namin, sakto lang.

wish ko nga din sana maghang kaso medyo maliit lang space saka
minsan gusto ng customer babalikan yung pinalaundry in an hour so rush
talaga. pag comforter, blankets etc yun pinapahang dry ko muna ng half day before ilagay sa dryer.

i conclude na mas malaki ang net income sa dry clean ng coats, barong, gowns etc.

kaya lately target namin mga customers na laging gumagamit ng barong mga kuyang

Ang hindi ko lang nabasa how much usually ang net income lalabas per kilo?

A laundry shop, if ran and monitored properly, will translate to a net income which is equivalent to at least 20% of your total revenues. It is a lucrative business but since it is very labor intensive, medyo masakit sa ulo.

My husband and I have been laundry business owners for the past 7 years. We are happy with the income we derive from it. (Both of us have 8-5 jobs). That's where we got the money to pay for our wedding and pang downpayment na rin ng lot namin.

Marami na tao umalis, lumayas, nag reklamo sa amin. truth be told we are very strict, para iwas kalokohan and iwas nakaw. But we have a few people who have been with us for a few years na. We take care naman of our people who are maayos magtrabaho.

Ayie! Backread from page 1. I've been eyeing the laundry shop business for as long as I can remember. Very interested din ako sa dry cleaning, I remember nung nagpapa dry clean ako ng coat ko, 400php daw! Dios mio! My coat has years on it and it wasn't that expensive kaya hindi ko na pinadry clean 

Goal ko by the first quarter of 2016 magkaroon na din ako ng business.

Im planningto Venture into this business . . . May lot naman ako na okay yun size, dun ko ilalagay yun mga machines or dun yun Washing process.  Tpos rent ako ng small place for Drop-off and Pickup.

How long ba yun Drop-off to pickup Lead time niyo?  24hours? or 48hours?  Yun from the time na Drop ni Client yun clothes at Pickup/Delivery?

^usually 2 days. if say nagdrop ng monday, release is wednesday. but depende pa rin sa dami ng tanggap...

ask ko lang mga sis, anong promo nagclick sa laundry shop nyo? yung nagparami ng customers nyo

tumaas na bayad sa kuryente kaya never ako nagbaba ng price.

^depende din ata sa location. saan ang location ng shop mo? sa amin kasi di pwedeng mag- 30/kg. pupunta ang customers sa kalaban na 25/kg lang.

meron ba sa inyo nagpapatuyo sa araw, kung baga sinasampay lang rather than using a dryer?
