^mga 150k to 200k siguro. basically sa washers, dryer, fixing the place, 3 months advanced rental, buy initial supplies, permits.

question sa mga may existing laundry shop biz... paano kayo mag-dry? hang dry ba or do you load it sa dryer? paano maprevent yung umaamoy na shirt pag napapawisan?

^hang dry muna for at least 10 minutes bago i-load sa dryer. in that way makakatipid ka ng kuryente.

husband will open his laundry shop on the 28th of this month.

ako naman i will open yung factory outlet ko ng detergent powder.

natapos na rin ako magbackread.. congrats sa mga sis na nakapagtayo na.. h2b wants to set up this business through franchise (not sure yung name ng laundry shop), may nag-offer kase sa kanya 350k ata. ok na ba yung price na yun? he wants me to do reasearch about this business.
dun ba sa 350k na yun andun na rin yung permits?

hayan, finally, naopen na din laundry biz ni husband (me pakner sya)...katuwa parehong lalaki nagtayo ng laundry shop!

madaming nagpapalaba, mas mura kase sila ng 3 pesos kumpara sa competitor. by they, 2 lang silang laundry shop dito sa bayan namin.

so far, ang gastos pa lang daw nila is 100k. maayos na kase yung puwesto na nakuha nila. gamit lang lahat at business permit yung 100k.

good luck sa lahat na gustong magtayo ng laundry shop.

^mga front loader yung binili ni husband 11kg capacity, am not sure about the brand and price. meron din silang toploader na 6.5kg capacity.

you may ask yung mga seller ng washing machines kung ano ang pang commercial nila.

Usually wala pa yun mga permits. I have already researched about this because I also planned to open one. Pero di natuloy. I do not recommend franchising kasi sila lang ang kikita dyan tapos matatali ka pa for years depending on their franchising agreement. Some offers NO ROYALTY, pero may monthly service fee. Tsaka matakot ka sa icha-charge na advertising fee every now and then. Especially kung well known brand ang ifranchise mo. Sila lang makikinabang dyan. Di naman iaadvertise ang branch mo mismo. Mas maganda kung pag-aralan mo na lang how to set-up. Interview existing laundry shops or attend a seminar. Iba yun makikinig ka lang sa seminar than actual experience. Mahirap talaga sa simula. If you really plan to open one, start practicing removing different types of stains na ngayon pa lang.

mga sis pasali po ah! sa July 30 na mg oopen laundry shop ko pero until now hindi pa din ako nakakabili ng washer!!!

.. naguguluhan po kc ako... question lang sana po me sumagot..

1. [textspeak!] po ba mas maganda bilin na washer front load or top load?
2. pag top load ba for example 11kg yung capacity, totoo bang 5.5kg dun eh water tapos 5.5kg dun yung mga damit?
3. ok lang po ba yung washer na hindi pang commercial use? mas mura kc eh!
4. me masusugest po ba kayo bilihan na mura [textspeak!] ng konti na washer? tnx tnx po ng madami...

^pwede mong maaral ang pag-dry clean by attending seminars. you'll find out that dry cleaning is not really a "dry" method.
