did u guys attend seminars muna bago kayo nagstart ng operations niyo?

hindi ko alam san magsisimula... magparehistro ba muna ako sa DTI? o magsecure muna ako ng location? sayang naman kung babayaran ko na agad ang rent pero wala pang operations dun.

sana by last week of aug makapag start na ako. near lang saamin yung place, the rent would be 2300 per month. inclusive of water and electricity. parang mas okay nga if i will rent a small place then sa house nalang yung washing process itself. i will buy 2nd hand washing machines and gas dryers.

sana maging ok lahat. kinakausap ko pa lang yung may ari nung place. kalookan (fairview part kami) and nag ocular ako walang laundry shop na malapit sa place namin. kung meron man mga 10 minutes pa ang biyahe.

you are lucky sis ang mura ng rent mo with free utilities. 3 years ago may nirent din ako pick up station 5k kasing laki lang ng sari sari store at di pa commercial are. talo ako kaya i gave it up after 6 months of market testing. ok yan...goodluck!

Wow, napaka interesting naman ng biz na 'to. Parang gusto ko mag biz. Sa province ako at wala pa sa town namin ganito. Kulang ako sa puhunan. Pero mukhang ok yung kahit maliit shop pero sa bahay nalang mega laba. Tnx sa mga infos nyo dito mga sis.:-)

naku sis fidz, may bad news ako. yung place na dapat i-aacquire namin di pumayag kasi maliit daw yung space nila, iniisip siguro nila super laki ng mga machines ko. Puwede lang daw yun for pick up point.

Yung tubig sakanila bibilhin! duh! yun pa naman ang main source ko para makapag operate, TUBIG! OMG. di ko na alam gagawin ko, if mag rent ako ng empty slot ng house sa subdivision namin may oras naman ang tubig dun. if every 2 days turn around time, kaya naman.

Pwede na ba ang 2300 for a pick up point? Or lagyan ko pa ng ibang pagkakakitaan? Please help.

^^sis i think ok na yung 2300 try mo tawaran kung pede pa. anyway pick up point lang naman dagdagan mo ng novelty items. yung last na inupahan ko as pick up point eh 5k di ko nabawi. pero ok lang kasi market testing lang naman ginawa ko.

like the others, I too am seriously considering entering the laundromat business. I've researched mostly online but have not attended any seminars. I've seen my coined business name in operation now. Small laundromat's mostly.

I've been scouting for washing machines in appliance centers but I'm sure that there are suppliers of heavy duty / industrial machines I can get at a lower cost.

I agree with sis Fidz, (if I'm not mistaken that was her who had Maytag machines)  Maytag is a really good durable and dependable brand. Second would be Whirlpool.

I am planning to dive into this business full swing by 2010. Konting ipon pa      Right now, I have PhP100,000 palang. By the end of the year I should've doubled that. Enough to get 1 industrial washer, 1 small tub and 1 dryer.

I will update y'all again and will try to provide input every now and then.

di pa din ako nakakapag decide. Im ready to buy 2nd hand machines muna kasi baka di naman maging successful, siyempre im thinking of the downsides of a business din, actually, madali naman bumili ng brandnew machines eh.

Sana ma-polish ko na ito asap. May nahanap na akong place pero hindi siya ganon ka-prime location pero daanan naman siya papasok sa 2 subdivision. Yun lang walang water. Pero i can have it washed muna sa house.

By the way, okay ba mag buy ng detergent soaps sa online? Like yung sako-sako? Thanks!

mga sis, i have the funds to put up a laundry shop. however im really having second thoughts if okay ba yung i-rrent ko na place since walang tubig yung space na i-rrent ko, basically, maglalaba pa ako sa bahay at mag hhire ng maghahatid sa shop ng nalabhan at lalabhan.. or i should start nalang sa house since sa loob naman kami ng subdivision at maglagay nalang ako ng mga tarp sa labas ng subdivision na free pick up and delivery. help.

^may mga certain suppliers for consumables of a laundry shop. pero [textspeak!] plastics and hangers u can bought it from divi.

pm ko syo yung supplier ng detergent soap, fab con and finishing spray.

the laundry shop construction is taking more than expected mauubos na yung capital namin sa construction lang nung lugar
aside from that i need to pay my monthly amortization sa condo ko, i need to support my jobless mother
grabe kinakabahan na talaga ako
my bf is supporting me pero his salary can only go as far as it could take us kinakabahan na talaga ako
baka bukas makalawa wala na akong makain at mawalan na ako ng tirahan dahil naubos ang pera ko sa negosyo
