^ matagal ko na binenta. malakas naman siya nun, pero sobrang layo kasi sa place namin kaya di ko na masyado maasikaso since may iba din ako mga pinag kakaabalahan.
Where do you plan to set-up ba? depende rin kasi sa location na pagtatayuan mo. kung makakakuha ka sa mga baba ng condominiums, for sure malakas yun.

ROI would really depends on your shop performance. it could be 6 months, 12 months, 24 months.... not all laundry owners has the same period of time for the return of their investment. u must work hard on marketing.

2. How many machines should I have for starters?
3. Kailangan ba may drainage pa?

1. How much kaya initial capital?
it really depends on you. u can start at big if u have a wide budget. roughly nsa 100k din. depende din kasi sa rent ng location but if u can start free of rent using your spare area, it would be very much better kasi laking tipid na yan.

2. How many machines should I have for starters?
at start u can have a pair lang muna, market testing. kung tumaas ang demand add more machines. and make use of some washing techniques na din.

of course, dapat talaga may drainage ka. madali lang naman gumawa nun or depende kung san mo ipupwesto [textspeak!] machines mo.

4. How much should I charge per 1K of clothes?
make a search muna sa area mo how do they give their services. then make a sample computation how much will be your expenses and mark up. beware of price war.

Ano basic requirements before set up? I mean anong mga permit, clearance, etc etc ang kailangan ko makuha before ako magstart?

sis about sanitation and safety malaman mo yan pagkuha mo ng mayor's permit kasi kasama un sa computation nila.

kung may location ka na...kuha ka ng barangay permit/clearance then dti for the name of your shop. then mayors permit to follow yung bir.

pag need mo ng accountant tell me for your business tax i might be help too.

Ano ba mga dapat i-consider sa pag pili ng location sis fidz??  Kasi yung tatayuan ko puro mga bahay.  Near divisoria yun eh.

kung malapit ka sa mga bahay or residential areas ok din. pero mas mabuting isurvey mo muna [textspeak!] buong area mo kung may mga condos, boarding houses, hotels, motels, restos na possibleng maging client mo.

if magoopen ka na dapat galingan mo din sa marketing. mag flyering ka, distribute promotional materials para makilala ka sa area mo at lumapit ang mga customers mo. basta ok ang marketing im sure papatok yan. necessity na din ng karamihan yan kasi nkakatamad maglaba hehe

3.  How much pasweldo sa tauhan?  Current minimum wage ba dapat?
