in setting up a laundry shop u can start with one pair and eventually when the demand comes up u can add on later.

what iron and ironing board gamit nyo? the typical one? o yung mahaba and automatic set na ironing board and iron, tapos close/press ng onti, then automatically buong pants (if) ironed na?

i'm also planning to have a laundry biz eh. somewhere in ortigas..

mga sis, last year ko pa ito plan. kaso lang di matuloy tuloy kasi takot ako baka masayang ang puhunan. anyway, how do laundry shops make the clothes na parang na-plantsa na ang dating, i mean diba the normal is wash-dry-fold lang, nakakatuwa lang kasi halos walang gusot. siguro dahil sa fabric softener or sa mismong dryer, kasi diba sa normal dryer ng washing machine gusot paglabas ng damit?

i want to try muna sa place namin, madami kasing katabi mga boarders eh. what do i need to start ba? aside from washing machine, dryer, soaps and fabric softener. mahirap ba i-operate?  shocks.. am so clueless.

di naman ganun kahirap i-operate ang isang laundry shop, it just needed ur dedication, focus  and maybe your passion with business...without this bka nga mahirapan ka...in everyday operation take it as a challenge...marami ka matutuklasan sa mga darating na araw ng pagooperate mo ng isang negosyo. kahit na established na [textspeak!] shop mo, there would still come a time na mapapansin mo na there are things needed to be improve. as a starter, dapat emotionally ready ka din kasi marami ka makikilala iba't ibang klase ng tao, it will need your very long patience. it is also a learning process, u should also learn to enjoy the things in business hindi lang puro profit ang dapat mo isipin, u should also think the welfare of your employees/staff...and how u will motivate them so that they'l be more productive and effective. minsan akala mo everything is ok and sa akala mo magaling ka na, once your there, you will find out the things you never thought will happen.

^ sis, ok ba to start with 2nd hand washers? very low lang kasi ang starting capital. if ang rent ay P1,500 exclusing the electricity and water consumption ha? what should be the price per kilo?

may makukuhanan ba akong low price soaps? like fabric softner and laundry soaps? ako kasi ang pinag aasikaso ng dad ko, i can't go around naman coz am pregnant.

^sis ok lang kung 2nd hand washer and dryer muna ang gamitin mo for a start kung limited ang capital mo for a start as long as they are both in good condition. pag capable ka na buy a new brand. u will be so lucky if your space rental will just cost 1500 a month though exclusive of the utility bills but make sure maganda din ang location mo. with that u can decide a price of your own. u can start at 22 a kilo maybe. with regards to your supplies, i can refer you to a friend who supplies dets and fab con.

question....paano ang strategy nyo para hindi magkapalit-palit ang mga damit ng clients nyo? pano yon ang paglaba nyo by batching? or pagsasamahin lahat ng shirts,pants etc
