na pull out na pldt internet @home..nagemail ako sa mga key persons hahaha, manager  and cc ko yung president.., buti naman napansin nun tumawag ako sa phone para magreklamo at pumunta sa snpedro branch pasa pasahan sila at di daw nila ididisconnect hanggat di ko nababayadan ang modem at termination fee...

wala akong binayadan termination, in 1 -2 mos marerefund yung dinown ko sa modem.

back to smartbro again. this is better than globe and pldt internet @home

hayz, napansin ko bumagal ang connection ko nung January hanggang first week ng Feb....as in super bagal, di pa umaabot sa 1mb eh 2mb ang connection ko dapat.....para akong dial-up.....kahapon ko lang na-trace, me naka-connect sa wireless ko, 2 strangers pa.....ayun ini-off ko na lang muna...

sorry na lang sila, wala na silang free stuff.....

Sa amin din bumagal talaga ang PLDT, sana maayos na nila yung prob nila.

question:

I am currently subscribed to DSL999 (P999 on billl) + residential line charge (P700+ approx). So the total bill i get every month is around P1,600+

I heard there's a PLDT DSL 999? wherein the phone line and the dsl connection is included in that rate?

If that's the case, then i'm paying extra P700 every month!!!

Is it possible to change my subscription to that plan instead?

is anyone else having problems with his wireless router dito sa bandang paranaque area with PDLTmydsl?

2 routers na ang natry namin pero parehong ayaw mag connect sa moden ng pldt.  gagana lang for a few mins then mawawala na...

kamusta naman ang routers ninyo dito sa paranaque, specifically near the south super highway area....

^^ i submitted an application online sa PLDT sis. giving them 2 days. If I do not hear from them then I guess the best thing is to really go to their nearest business center in your area.

my husband submitted our pldt mydsl application last tuesday. by wed, someone already texted me if they can come already and install it. since i wasnt home that day, i scheduled it yesterday.

^^bugs, i was encountered the same thing yesterday. napuputol if via wireless. pero if my laptop is directly connected with the modem, im not having any problem. is it bought about by the connection? i thought it's bec of the router.

gilmore, the PLDT DSL 999n (phone + dsl) is only 512kbps

^its the pldt mydsl 999 (1 mbps) + Php 795 landline. they dont have any available provision here in the condo for dsl only. we didnt have any choice but to get that bundled

our admin gave us the number of a contact person in PLDT. they gave us as well a copy of the application form then hubby faxed it to the pldt rep. i'll text you the number once i get from him

^ if your not a heavy user pwede na yung bundle nila at 1,299. DSL+landline. that's 512kbps. Sige please text me the number Al's so we can call. I sent an online app but no word from them.

We have PLDT DSL999 at home. I remember calling their hotline when I tried to apply. I was connected within the week. I'm ok with 999 cause my area is not congested. I tried to email/apply online pero medyo matagal ang reply better to call the hotline we have an existing landline by the way so my request was just to add DSL to the service.

May alam ba kayong contact ng 3rd party technician for pldt or bayandsl para pabilisan nila yung speed niyo for a one time fee?

^sa bayandsl ginagawa yan, kahit yung tao nila mismo. basta pakiusapan mo lang and siyempre may bayad. so instead na 512 mbps (tama ba?) mas mataas ang connection mo. pero price mo is same parin. kaso depende sa area ng technician nila.

hi girls, ask ko lang kayo i'm planning to get a dsl line na hassle na kasi mag internet sa shop, kundi puno, nasasaraduhan ako, wala din akong landline.. kakabitan ko kasi sana ng voip line para makapag part time ako home based call center.  dito ko mandaluyong area... so anong okay na provider and magkano... kasi ang budget ko lang not more than 1000 a month... if so may kasama na bang landline ito or kung may additional fee pa since wala akong landline... thanks mga sis
