what about globe visibility ok kaya connection?

PLDT DSL has very very poor service. i will never recommend this. pinagsisisihan kong nagshift kami from smart bro to pldt dsl. 4 days na kong tawag ng tawag at least twice a day sa customer service, nagpunta na yung technician dito but to no avail. lagi pa ding nadidisconnect. memorized ko na nga mga sinasabi at pinapagawa whenever i call customer service. very poor service. i thought pangit ang smart bro, but pldt dsl is way beyond compare, very very poor! at least sa smart bro na plan 999 pwede ka pa mag-router, may net both yung laptop at desktop PC. sa DSL di pa kami makapag-router.

^ buti di pa ako mina malas sa PLDT DSL Plan 990, so far maayos naman service nila sa akin, i'm using a wireless router din dati nung wala pa akong router switch hub gamit ko... ok naman pareho... yun nga lang talagang limited sa 384 yung bandwidth ko consistent hehe di naman na ako makapag reklamo eh ganun binayaran ko eh hehe

I just experienced very bad service from PLDT.  No choice lang talaga kami kasi sila lang meron dito sa lugar namin na mataas ang speed.

okay ba ang bayantel? magrarouter din kame sa bahay eh.

sobrang bulok ng service ng globelines. wala lang talaga kameng choice kase wala ng available port ang pldt. for almost a month, no landline and no internet. ang kicker, a few days after mare-store yung service may tumawag reminding us about payment!

until now, intermittent pa din connection or if meron man, sobrang bagal.

palpak talaga globelines   3 days pa lang kami nakabitan me billing slip na.  after a week, nawalan ng connection, me nangyari yata sa distribution box dito samin.  imagine 6 days walang connection e almost everyday tawag kami ng tawag sa cs nila, siguro 20x everyday.  paulit ulit excuses nila.  then after a week wala na naman, kainis pa kase kami lang ang walang connection, brother ni hubby na kalapit lang niya meron.  as usual tawag na walang katapusan ginawa ni hubby, kelangan pa naman niya everday me connection because of his work.  engot din yung technician na pumunta dito, mukhang walang alam

pldt dsl kami for almost 5 years, pinadisconnect lang ni hubby kase medyo mabagal pero kung ako papipiliin pldt pa rin.  right now we're planning to subscribe again sa pldt

hay sis... I feel for you. Grabe ang PLDT DSL. One time nawalan kami connection. Wednesday yun, I called them up, a repairman went to check by Thursday pero umalis na wala man lang inaadvise sa maid namin. Come Saturday, wala pa rin. I called them up asking for a rebate, sabi nila pag na-fix na raw yung problem saka sila magbibigay ng rebate. So Saturday afternoon me pumunta to fix it. Naayos naman and the lineman told us to request for cable change kasi 15 years na yung PLDT cables na andun. Monday, I called them up to ask for a rebate, and they said they can't do that kasi sa report na nasa kanila, Thursday pa lang me internet na kami. Grrrr.... Sobrang nakakainis...

Isa lang to sa mga hassles ng PLDT DSL. Yung neighbor ko, naka-SMART BRO never sila nadidisconnect. Siguro sa area namin maganda ang SMART.

^buti sa inyo sis pinayagan nila kabitan ng dsl kahit 15 years na yung cable. samin kasi the whole street hindi makapag avail ng pldt dsl kasi luma na daw yung cables sa street namin. ayaw nila pakabitan. the options they gave us is to get smart bro nalang (which is more expensive) or have our pldt line terminated and apply a new line para pwede na daw for dsl.

ano bang available internet provider sa marikina area kaya? pldt kasi wala facility sa exact area namin. bayantel naman daw dial up lang, wireless pa. sa globelines, wala pang feedback.. meron pa ba kayo alam dyan?

this is.. weird?  kasi sa bahay ng parents ko nag-switch kami from SmartBro to PLDT DSL and we also have a router, wifi pa, di naman kami nagkaka-prob (smartbro naman ang intermittent sa min).  1 pc & 2 laptops ang nagko-connect sa router.

hay... just signed up for PLDT MyDSL and kakakabit lang. Thank God we decided to swith from SartBro Prepaid. Okay naman connection ng PLDT MyDSL dito. Isang mp3 mga 3 minutes lang to fully download it.

hi,im from angeles city and we have comclark here, so far ok naman kaya lang natetemp kami to switch to pldt mydsl kasi mas mura ng P250 per month kung kukuha kami ng landline and dsl bundle plan. would like to ask sana kung mga mga taga pampanga dito na nakagamit ng pldt mydsl? ok ba service nila?

nakakalito kasi meron maganda at pangit na feedback about sa pldt mydsl, but i would like to know kung may problem rin ba sa pampanga area?

I was so proud pa naman before of Smart Bro's services.  Isang malaking PWE pala.  For the past four years, we never had problems with Smart Bro.  Operative word here is HAD.  Two weeks ago, nagkaroon ng problema sa base station nila sa QC so for 1 week wala kaming internet.  Fine, understandable na inaayos nila yun.  Pero a week after na narestore ang connection, nawalan ulit kami.  Base station na naman daw ang problema nila. As if naman nasa Timbuktu kami nakatira eh hello, Quezon City kami nakatira. 

So, we switched na to Sky Broadband just now.  Mabilis ang streaming ng broadband unfortunately, limited places lang ang Sky.

BayanDSL kami nung una okay pero may time na ang bagal kaylangan tumawag sa kanila para i-reset. hay.. tulad ngayon.

that's TRUE! digitel is digiHELL!!!!!!!
one month na kami wala internet at wala kwenta ang CSRs nila. iisa ang sagot, gagawa lang sila ng report at ifoforeard sa technical team. at yun walang kwenta din technical team(isang tao) lang yata yun, after a month of everyday calling digitel, one time lang nagfeedback, di rin naman nagawa yun connection.

kumkulo talaga dugo ko, kasi until now since nun 1stweek of december, wala pa din kami internet.
