I want to try Pilates w/ machine under Linzi Arellano-Co. Her studio is near Capitol Med. Sino kaya gusto dito un makasama ko for semi private session? 900 tapos under supervision tayo.

^Hindi ko alam kung saan yung Megaworld building but yung pilates studio ni Ms. Sicangco
is near the showroom of Budji Layug and a preschool. Kung galing kang Jupiter St, turn right on Reposo (now called Nicanor Garcia st.), it will be on your right (no signage but I think it's number 227). Kung naka abot ka ng Libertystyle, Alliance Francaise and LRI building, nalampasan mo na siya. It's a 2-storey house with parking in front, no gate. Best to call or email for info.

ok ang pilates sa gold's gym. i miss it na nga eh. i used to go there but since i moved to q.c., di na ako makapunta

FYI si Linzi is related to Ms. Sicangco. She also trained under Romana (in New York City), yung nagtratrain ng original Pilates as done by Joseph Pilates, tawag nila dito ay Authentic Pilates. Yung iba kasi ay mga variations of the exercises done by Joseph Pilates. Whatever works for you, di ba?

hi, called up a studio and they're willing to open a sched for pilates for 4-5 students. 3k/10sessions. greenhills. anyone? my friends haven't gotten back to me yet kasi. looking at after work sched 7ish.
