Backread from page 1.

I'm looking for HMO na covered ang consultation, lab tests.

I need help mga sis
The university i work for, under Medicare. I am guessing Philhealth eto right?

The thing is, i want to have my wisdom teeth (3) of them removed. Ifever ba, malaki ikakaltas nila? ang mahal kasi e, 4-8k per tooth.

Or dapat i should avail of a personal card pa? I am hoping i can really  minimize my expenses.

I'm guessing you meant Medicard o Maxicare. :D And do you also mean na accredited ba ng Philhealth yang minemention mong HMO?

Philhealth is the national health insurance system of the country and run by the government. Members availing the services of an HMO may or may not be Philhealth members. Iba-iba rin po ang fees na binabayaran for Philhealth and non-Philhealth members.

Sis, Fortune Care is my HMO and lahat ng naging lab tests at consultations ko so far ay covered nila. Naka-individual plan ako. Check with them na lang for any restrictions. They also have their own (company) clinics with laboratories so hindi ka na lalayo pag magpapa-test.

Kahit online puwede ng mag-apply and pay for membership.

I remember meron ditong sumubok mag-inquire sa Fortune Care through their website pero walang nakuhang feedback. Iba naman sa akin. I sent an inquiry through their website yesterday morning, around 10am, re: change of billing address and electronic SOA. 1pm may tumawag na agad sa akin at nasagot naman lahat ng inquiries ko.

My sister also emails Fortune Care about her inquiries at nasasagot din ang mga email niya. Email ang way of inquiry niya kasi she's from Cavite and she doesn't have a landline yet at her home, at yung former agent namin eh hindi na mahagilap.

nabiktima ako ng isang agent ng Fortunecare. They told me na pag binayaran ko yung annual fee ng full payment eh magagamit na yung card kahit sa pre-existing conditions. I enrolled my father last 2009, never nya nagamit yon kahit check up man lang.

Lalo na sa mga first time lang na kukuha, wag po kayong mahiyang magtanong at isipin nyo lahat ng sakit na maiisip nyo like cancer, AH1N1, dengue, work related (injuries sustained in work area), accidents (self-inflicted or not), at kahit AIDS.

^thanks sis for this info. as what I have mentioned, hindi sinabi ng agent na sa fortunecare lang mismo pwede magpacheck up.
