i am currently enrolled sa maxicare platinum through our company..i enrolled both my parents as my dependents..now may plan na ko mag resign to work abroad this year...gusto ko ituloy yun plan nila sa maxicare pero ako na ang magbabayad..gusto ko lang malamang kahit estimate lang kung how much..ako na ang bunso smen and i'm 25 so silang 2 lang talaga ang kukuhanan ko ng plan..then family plan sa sister ko and her family...same din ba ang rate nun?

^Sis, I'm not from Metro Manila. I'm from Cavite City at dito din lang ako nagpapa-dental. Gusto mong dumayo dito?

Di ba may kasama namang directory yung kopya mo ng contract and benefits guidebook? Read that so you'll know which dental clinic is near you.

^Yun ba yung sa Shaw Blvd.? Ang pinaka-malapit kasing FC clinic sa akin eh nasa Imus pa. The next nearest is the one in Ermita. Okay sana kung sa mismong clinic na nila magpa-checkup para mas mabilis ang pagproseso.

Give us a feedback naman on how the clinic is after your treatment.

re: Fortune Care, can anyone give me their email? I clicked Contact Us sa website nila, wala lumalabas. naghintay ako ng 20minutes pero wala parin. Tapos yun mga fees nila, meron ba sa site? Wala kasi ako makita. Or I should email them?

bago na yung rate ng FC ngayon, depende sa age na.

meron bang health card na yung dependent eh ilang % lang ang babayaran mo? sa FC kasi kung magkano yung principal, ganun din sa dependents...or talagang ganun yun?

so far, ayos naman pala facilities nila..
since nandun na ako, nagpa pap smear na rin ako..

you can check their website sis and apply there straight ... use their computation tool in the site so you know how much you need to pay.

wala ako agent. just apply online. Nagawa yan ng friend ko, she's still waiting for the confirmation na okay na application niya

sayang wala na yung agent dito na nagpopost. ang rami kong natutunan sa kanya.
ako rin gusto kong kunan parents ko nito kasi 50+ na ata sila. eh yung mom ko may hypertension tapos yung father ko naman chain smoker kaya syempre being a good son (toink!

) gusto ko maging okay sila.

kapag ba nag-apply ka as individual may dependent ka na agad na kasama? libre ba yung dependent or may bayad pa na mas mura na lang?
