maxicare is good ata but upon checking. you have to wait for 3 years before you can get the maximum limit for your sickness...

intellicare kami sa office.  mas madami ang accredited clinics/hospitals and competitive ang rate nila.

I'm thinking of getting Fortune Care for my family. Tama ba na if yung brother ko, who is 22 already, hindi na makakasama sa dependent ko if ako ang magenroll as principal member? If dad ko ba magenroll dun, makakasama brother ko? How about me? I already have medicard. Pwede kaya na hindi ako kasama? I'm the eldest btw.

Also, i read hindi kasama asthma. Like yung regular attacks, hindi kasama? Kasi yung dati naming card, kasama naman pagnagpapanebulize brothers and sisters ko.

Also, I can't seem to find the Fortunelife rates on the website? Maybe someone can direct me? I wanted sana Icare, based on nikmatik's suggestion but the best hospital near us is not acccredited.

^Sis, sa pagkakaalam ko children below 21 lang ang pwedeng gawin dependent. Anyone above 21 would be have to get individual plans na.

My family is on the Semi-private plan and their quarterly payment is Php2310. The rates would be higher kapag hindi PhilHealth member.

^^Sis, my dad, my mom, and my older sister each pay that amount separately since their plans are individual. My younger sis, who is 20, is included as my dad's dependent in his account.

They don't have an annual fee (since quarterly nga ang payment scheme) but instead they have membership fees na around Php1500+, to be paid once a year.

By the way, nagtaas na pala ang FortuneCare. My dad now pays Php2644 as PhilHealth member (Php3358 kung non-PhilHealth member), pero nag-increase na rin ng amount ng benefits. HSP800 na coverage niya ngayon, meaning he can check-in on a semi-private room in the hospital with Php800 daily hospitalization benefits.

^docshe, unusual that neck up is not covered?
i called up intellicare myself and yun ang sinabi saken.  :-\ neck down lang raw ang covered. maybe depende rin sa account ng company namin with intellicare?  ??? it was dr. eleanor letran of cardinal santos who did the procedure.

^^babytalk83, im not sure ilan pwede tanggalin... pagkaalala ko, up to 2k ang covered pag neck down. since my warts are all in the face, hindi sya na-cover ng intellicare.

^sis, neck up nga ang coverage ng warts removal sa intellicare. 1k for the face and 1k for the neck. what my derma did was to request for an approval from intellicare na face and neck ang tatanggalan ng warts para makuha ko yung 2k pero sa neck lang ako nagpa-cauterize. i just added 500 kasi 2500 ang charge ng derma :)
