hi sis..how is the weather ngayon sa new york?
Im going there this june and plan ko mag gossip girl tour. Mas ok ba na sa internet ako magbook or kapag nasa new york nalang ako?

^ It's finally getting warmer here now. It's been unseasonably cold lately. BBQ season na nga dapat pero mga high 60s to low 70s pa lang ang temp.

I heard that the GG tour is not as great as the SATC tour. You just stay in the bus sa GG tour or you are outside the establishment but don't really get to go inside to eat, mingle, explore etc. So better book it when you're in NY na. By June, it should be summer weather so high 70s to 80s na.

we just tried their niagara tour last May 1-2,2009.
That time may buy 2 free 1 promo sila  - triple sharing [textspeak!] room
We paid around $270 for 3 people - incl. of transportation and overnight accommodation. There is a mandatory tip of $6 per day/person.The accommodation is in Quality Hotel-Niagara which is around 5 mins. to the Niagara Falls park.

Yup, Niagara is in Buffalo, NY next to Canada. It's approx. 6 hrs. 49 mins. away from Manhattan.

If you want to go to Niagara Falls na commute lang, you can take the Greyhound bus. Visit the Canadian side of the falls as well para sulit na rin ang travel.

I have not personally tried the maid of the mist, pero ok naman feedback based on the the kwento of people I know who took it. Dala ka na lang ng extra tshirt kasi kahit na may raincoat na ibibigay sa inyo, cant help na mabasa.

This coming weekend is Memorial Day week, expect sale galore and traffic.

hi rache..na try namin [textspeak!] Maid of The Mist. Recommended siya kasi ma-experience mo ang niagara ng up close and personal. Yup mababasa ka kahit na may provided na poncho/raincoat lalo na pag sa upper deck ka nakapuwesto.

free ba ang entrance sa national museum sa new york?if may fee, how much?

sis aryl12, when i was there, we didn't join the gossip girl tour. we made our own. madali lang naman hanapin yung places e though hindi mo nga lang mapapasukan lahat (i.e. yung isang school dun is really an orthodox church). just buy an unlimited metrocard and lots of research tapos kaya mo na yun.

we need a place to stay for a couple of nights in new york. there will be 8 of us, 7 adults and 1 kid. is there an affordable apartelle that we can rent? thanks a lot to those who will reply. i haven't been to new york so i have no idea where to look.

try mo sis yung B&B -Bed and Breakfast...i forgot the website pero try mo search sa google. One advantage nakita ko is parang bahay na talaga siya, like merong kitchen you can prep your food para makamura. Looks homey din, meron pictures kasi yung iba. Its nice to have a good place to crash after a whole day of walking and taking the subway. Pricey talaga ang NY, good thing meron kaming friend sa Brooklyn nung nagbakasyon kami.

I miss NY.. datin 3-4 times ako may NY flight then we used to stay sa Lexington ave. next to park ave & Madisson tapos Time square na ang ganda ng location ng hotel namin lahat walking distance kaya nakakamiss..

Sis we stayed sa Clarion Hotel near Airport lang..mura below $150 lang and may free breakfast na buffet..easy lang pala magcommute around new york..bili ka lang ng all day pass sa bus and train $7.50 lang until 4 am next day ang validity...
Sa lahat ng state na pinuntahan ko, pinakafavorite ko is New York..
Nag hop on hop off din kami mas convenient para sa mga tourist..
Sarap ng weather kase breezy sya..
disappointed lang ako kase di ko man lang nakita nagshooting [textspeak!] gossip girl casts...for their season 3..

ka miss den ang NY 2 weeks lang kame ng stay diyan nung dinalaw ng mom ko yung friend niya..sa mala bronx kame ng stay na alala ko si J.Lo bigla...miss kuna ang Times Square, miss kuna den mag shopping sa 5th Street....

katakot lang kasi mag travel ngayon US kasi sa H1N1...musta naman ang case dun sis, medyo naayos na ba big issue pa den ba
