sorry kung medyo off topic, just wanted to know what brand or kind of panties are best for working out? lalo na if you're going to use leggings? i usually wear shorts naman and cotton undies but i want to try other workouts that might make me sweat more and i'm not sure if cotton undies are going to chafe or give me yeast infections :(

^I go commando with tights. Hehe. On days when Aunt Flo comes to visit, I go with thongs (wear tampons). I've read of non-cotton undies that wick sweat made specifically for working out, but have yet to try them out.

Most of my workout attires are from Cotton On.

Depende sa support I think. Meron kasi yung pang jogging, yoga, crossfit.

Yung bikini bottom pang swimming. Or sa bench yung seamless na lycra ba yun. Or yung sports underwear from underarmour kaso ang mahal.

I love the fitness clothes of Cotton On.  Cheaper than Nike definitely.
