^sis grayce, mukhang long-lasting and ok talaga quality ng nike outfits. worth it sa price if it lasts 2 years and still looks the same. although i have one disappointment with nike though, i bought my gym bag around 7 months ago and now, my tear na siya sa may zipper. nakakalungot. i don't know.. maybe hindi talaga ako marunong mag-alaga ng things? ipapaayos ko nalang. :-\

i will treat myself with nike stuff as soon as i reach my target weight. :D this should be a good motivation.

i usually go for (control)tank tops & yoga pants in my fave colors.i go for nike DRYFIT series, kasi it helps when u sweat,na-da-dry agad.but of course after u should change into something fresh.i usually wash them agad and so far, after almost 2 years ko na rin gamit, hindi pa nasisira.i have tops in these colors-
red,white,brightblue,white,gray,pink,black
for yoga pants i have them in black, darkblue, white, dark brown & gray.if shorts naman,i have the ones na may inner ( to avoid accidentally flashing) in black and gray.
i agree din na dapat form fitting ang work out clothes kasi not nice kapag loose.or if naka-loose top ka,dapat naka-sports bra for the support.okay din ang CLIMACOOL series ng adidas but i like the colors of nike better.sobrang tibay lahat ng nike stuff ko...worth it talaga.so sinusulit ko lagi lalo na pag sale sila....
for trainers i usually go for nike than adidas..

the old nike bag models circa 90's matitibay but the new ones d na talaga... depends on the material tho. althought when it comes to their training clothes specially their dri-fit series super worth buying talaga.

i just started going to the gym, so i still don't buy expensive outfits (though i'd like to buy from nike or adidas).

i love my sassa jogging pants; the fit is great, and i also like the material. i have yet to know if the quality's good.

for shirts, i just use not-so-fitted ones i got from surplus shop. i also bought my sports bras from jockey.

since i'm into pilates and yoga i'm still not very particular with my footwear since naka-barefoot lang naman during sessions. i just use my rubber shoes from skechers for jogging or warming up on the treadmill.

Grayce:
^i've been using my nike gym clothes for 2years already and they still look the same. :)

- True! I've been using mine for three years now, ok pa rin nike clothes ko. Maybe when you're just starting to work out, ok lang to use old t-shirts and old jogging pants. Kasi papayat ka pa, so sayang when you buy nike clothes. But kapag regular gym goer ka na, ok talaga to invest in nike stuff. In the long run mas cost efficient because it lasts a long time and you don't need to keep on buying less expensive gym clothes kasi madaling masira  :)

mga sisters

does anyone here uses a waist trimmer? yung parang binder siya na rubber belt na nilalagay sa waist

effective ba siya? and when do u use it? pwede din kaya when in the sauna?

Medyo misleading yung tawag sa mga "waist trimmers" sis, they don't trim the waist. What these do is make you sweat more, so the extar water loss makes your waist smller temporarily. ;) I use this for all my cardio workouts, under my t-shirt, para sweat fest ako parati. Sweating is what's going to make you lose weight w/c will make you slimmer all over. :)

Btw, you can buy these belts at any sports stores, Toby's, Chris, just look around, the one I use is colored blue, not neoprene (this is a bit more expensive, P320) P120 lang. It doesn't last that long tho, couple of months, but at this price it's easily replaceable.

Not recommend you wear this sa sauna at you'll be sweating there already.

wow thanks sis for replying.. after 2 months may pumansin din sa question ko.. ahahaha .. joke :) you're awesome sis!

it's been a long time na din so i just decided to get one myself and gave it a try.. same tayo sis meron din ako blue.. although, i bought na rin the neoprene(black), but sad lang i dont sweat as much with the neoprene one.. mas better pa rin yung blue.. :)

im happy with it :) i use it for cardio and weight training too.. sabi kasi nila even tough u work out regularly, yung tummy part talaga ang hardest to slim down.. im so glad i dropped 2 waist sizes na with it.. :) of course, i achieved it with regular exercise..

i also tried it in the sauna.. :) i take a shower first and then i use the neoprene one there.. when im in the sauna kasi.. my tummy part doesnt really sweat as much as the other parts of my bod.. when i take it off, grabe as in buhos and sweat from my midsection.. sharing lang :)

Same tayo sis, dagsa talaga ako mag sweat, maski walang waist trimmer! :D For my tummy w/c is big, it only shrinks when I lose the weight. So di ko na siya pipiliting mag shrink beyond what it's capable of. ;) I don't wear mine for weights kasi it feels too constricting esp. if bending, pang cardio lang talaga.
So just keep at it lang sis, congrats you've shrank na your tummy size! We're both on the right track. :)

Ako I just bought Sassa jogging pants sa Landmark. While I'm a huge fan of Nike, di okay yung fit nya sa akin at tsaka grabe yung price. So far, natuwa naman ako dun sa material and fit sa akin nung Sassa. Ewan ko nalang kung okay ba quality nya. But it's all good, I don't want to invest too much on gym clothes right now. Heheh. Yun lang naman. :D

Ako rin I buy my running outfit from Nike lang. Pati shoes ko. Although I've read a lot na kapag into running ka, Nike shoes are the worst, pinakamadaling masira. Opt for New Balance or Asics or iba pang mga high-end brands ng running shoes. But since I use the Nike Plus running sensor, I need Nike shoes.

Mga 4 months pa lang mga Nike clothes ko pero no sign of wear and/or tear pa. I hope they last for so long, with a price so steep, dapat masulit. Glad that maganda comments sa Nike Fit Dry, na hindi agad nasisira.

So far I have no complaints with my nike rubbershoes. After all, they were just given to me for free.  very comfortable.
